Ice cream lovers, rejoice! The wait is finally over as the artisan ice cream powerhouse Salt & Straw officially makes its grand debut on the Las Vegas Strip. In a double-header opening, the Portland-based brand has launched two new scoop shops at some of the most iconic landmarks in the city: Paris Las Vegas and Flamingo Las Vegas.
Salt & Straw Las Vegas: Iconic Locations for Iconic Flavors
Whether you are strolling past the Eiffel Tower or navigating the neon glow of the Flamingo, a world-class scoop is now within reach. The Paris Las Vegas shop is situated at the foot of the legendary Eiffel Tower replica, offering a picturesque spot for a sweet treat. Meanwhile, the Flamingo Las Vegas location sits adjacent to Gordon Ramsay Burger, making it the perfect dessert stop after a meal. Both shops feature convenient sidewalk access directly from Las Vegas Boulevard.
The Icons Series: A Special Vegas Welcome
To celebrate the expansion, co-founder and head ice cream maker Tyler Malek has curated a special “Icons Series” menu. This limited-edition lineup features a selection of the brand’s most beloved and creative hits, including:
- Pots of Gold & Rainbows: Hand-sorted rainbow marshmallows in cereal-steeped ice cream.
- Birthday Cakes & Blackberries: Double-vanilla ice cream with rainbow-sprinkled birthday crumble and blackberry jam.
- Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache: Vanilla ice cream swirled with almond brittle and creamy chocolate ganache.
- Chocolate Chili Crisp Peanut Butter Cups: A spicy-sweet milk chocolate ice cream with housemade chili crisp peanut butter cups.
