Royal Caribbean Florida 2027

Get ready, theme park aficionados and travel enthusiasts. Royal Caribbean International has just confirmed that the ultimate Royal Caribbean Florida 2027 vacation experience will be a non-stop thrill ride, announcing a massive, year-round deployment of their most attraction-packed ships from three Florida homeports. Starting in April 2027, five incredible vessels will offer two- to eight-night Caribbean and Bahamas cruises, heavily leaning on the “floating theme park” concept that Royal Caribbean has pioneered.

Port Canaveral: The Cruise Capital of Thrills

The biggest news for the Orlando area is the incredible concentration of Oasis and Icon Class ships sailing from Port Canaveral. This brings unprecedented cruise ship thrills right to Central Florida’s doorstep:

Star of the Seas (Icon Class): The new superstar of the fleet, featuring the largest waterpark at sea and entertainment like “Back to the Future: The Musical,” will sail year-round 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean getaways. Cruisers will have the opportunity to experience the bold return to Samaná, Dominican Republic. They will also visit the eagerly anticipated Royal Beach Club Cozumel (debuting in 2026).

Utopia of the Seas (Oasis Class): Delivering weekend energy all year, Utopia serves as a cruise ships dedicated to short 3- and 4-night cruises. These include visits to the top-rated Perfect Day at CocoCay and the new all-inclusive Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in Nassau. With the 10-story Ultimate Abyss dry slide and 40+ dining options, it’s a short getaway with maximum impact.

Harmony of the Seas (Amplified Oasis Class): Following a major “amplification” (refit) in 2026, the reimagined Harmony will offer 7-night adventures. It will travel to destinations such as St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and Jamaica, with access to private beach clubs.

Expanding the Ultimate Destination Collection

The 2027 deployment solidifies Royal Caribbean’s focus on owning the destination experience with its growing private resort collection.

  • Perfect Day at CocoCay (The Bahamas): The award-winning private island remains a staple on short itineraries.
  • Royal Beach Club Paradise Island (The Bahamas): Opening in December 2025, this exclusive beach day is featured on Utopia and Wonder sailings.
  • Royal Beach Club Cozumel (Mexico): Set to open in 2026, this new beach club destination will be a key stop on many of the longer itineraries from Florida.
  • 🔥 The Ultimate Tease: Perfect Day Mexico: The press release confirmed that the highly anticipated Perfect Day Mexico is set to debut in late 2027. While the exact opening date is still slated for a 2026 reveal, this future attraction promises to redefine the Western Caribbean cruise, according to Royal Caribbean.

Royal Caribbean Florida 2027: Miami and Tampa Join the Fun

The 2027-2028 deployment sees other Florida ports joining the action:

  • Wonder of the Seas (Oasis Class): From Miami, Wonder will tackle 3- and 4-night getaways to The Bahamas and Perfect Day at CocoCay.
  • Radiance of the Seas (Radiance Class): Sailing from Tampa, Radiance will offer a mix of 4- to 8-night Western Caribbean cruises, including stops at the Royal Beach Club Cozumel.
