From February 12 through February 16, participating locations nationwide will offer this curated dining experience. Whether you are heading out for a traditional date night, a “Galentine’s” gathering with friends, or a high-end solo dinner, the menu is built to encourage guests to slow down and savor the moment.
A Curated Culinary Journey
The five-course meal is structured to unfold at an easy pace. It begins with a chef’s selection, followed by a choice of P.F. Chang’s signature soups. For the main courses, guests can choose from legendary classics and new additions, including:
- The Icons: Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, and Miso-Glazed Salmon.
- Elevated Additions: Miso Lobster Dumplings, Butternut Squash Dumplings, and Black Pepper Filet.
The experience wraps up with a choice of four desserts, featuring the Chocolate Soufflé or the brand-new Butter Cake.

If you prefer a cocktail, festive à la carte options like the Lunar Elixir and Midnight Gallop are also on deck to toast the occasion. The prix fixe experience is priced at $89.99 at most participating locations. However, guests dining at the Honolulu, HI, or New York City Union Square locations will see a price of $99.99.
