In response to direct feedback from cruisers, the cruise line is enhancing both packages to include more flexibility, new casual dining options, and increased shore excursion credits—all while retaining the fan-favorite benefits that loyal guests have come to expect.
Starting July 22, 2025, the updated Premier and Plus packages will be available for purchase for voyages sailing in 2026. These changes aim to create a more rewarding vacation experience and better reflect the needs and desires of modern cruisers.
Princess Cruises Packages: What’s New with the Princess Premier Package?
The Princess Premier Package—already known for its robust bundle of perks—is receiving a boost with generous shore excursion credits added to the mix. Depending on the length of your voyage, guests will now receive:
- $100 shore excursion credit for 6–9 day sailings
- $200 credit for 10–20 day cruises
- Up to $300 for sailings of 21+ days
In addition to this highly requested feature, the Premier Package continues to include:
- Unlimited Premier Beverage Package
- Unlimited casual and specialty dining
- Wi-Fi for four devices
- Fees waived for OceanNow® delivery and room service
- Unlimited digital professional photos
- Reserved seating for onboard theatrical shows
- Daily crew appreciation included
The updated pre-cruise price for the Princess Premier Package is now $100 per person per day (up from $90), while guests sailing on Princess Cruises’ new Sphere-class ships—the Sun Princess and Star Princess—will pay $105 per person per day.
What’s New in the Princess Plus Package?
The Princess Plus Package is also getting an upgrade, now featuring two additional casual dining meals, bringing the total to four per voyage. This gives guests more opportunities to enjoy the diverse and elevated culinary offerings onboard.
Guests will continue to enjoy the following benefits as part of the Plus Package:
- Plus Beverage Package
- Wi-Fi for one device
- Fees waived for OceanNow® and room service
- Daily crew appreciation included
Pricing for the Plus Package is increasing slightly to $65 per person per day (up from $60). For those cruising aboard the Sun Princess or Star Princess, the package will cost $70 per person per day.
