Inspired by the iconic “Cookie Monster” ice cream flavors that have long been a staple in California, this electric blue creation is designed for maximum nostalgia and shareability.
The Monster Pizookie features a warm, ooey-gooey chocolate chunk cookie base. It is topped with striking blue vanilla bean ice cream, a hard-shell chocolate sauce, and a generous dusting of Oreo cookie crumbles. For those dining with a crowd, BJ’s is also introduced the Monster Pizookie Platter, a jumbo-sized version featuring four cookie bases and eight scoops of blue ice cream.
