As you ascend to the rooftop level and step into the restaurant, you’re greeted by chic, European-inspired decor. The space is elegant yet warm, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the room in natural light and provide panoramic vistas of Walt Disney World, including glimpses of Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Disney Skyliner

Topolino’s Terrace is easily accessible via the Disney Skyliner, which connects Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and several resorts, including Disney’s Riviera Resort. This makes it a convenient breakfast stop for guests staying at Caribbean Beach Resort, Pop Century, or Art of Animation.

Guests driving to the resort can enjoy complimentary parking for their dining reservation. For those staying at other resorts, a combination of Disney buses and Skyliner travel makes the journey efficient and scenic.

The menu leans into European influences while offering enough variety to satisfy a range of palates and dietary needs.

Currently, Topolino’s Terrace offers breakfast from 7:30 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. each day. Adult breakfast entrees cost $52, with child breakfast entrees costing $33. A server will take your drink order when you sit down for your Topolino’s Terrace breakfast.

Pastry Basket at Topolino’s Terrace Breakfast

The Topolino’s Terrace breakfast meal begins with a beautifully presented basket of fresh pastries served with seasonal jams, honey butter, and chocolate hazelnut spread. The selection may include:

• Croissants
• Eclairs
• Muffins
• Fruit Danishes.

In most cases, guests receive croissants, chocolate chip muffins, and some form of Danish. Guests looking to have a Parisian cafe experience can enjoy these pastries with French press coffee or a specialty tea. Yes, they will bring you more pastries if you run out.

Topolino’s Terrace Breakfast: Entrée Options

Guests can choose from a curated list of entrees, each beautifully plated and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Some of the standout choices include:

• Quiche Gruyère: Featuring house-made pancetta, roasted potatoes, and a field greens salad. Rich and savory, this dish is a favorite among adults looking for a more refined breakfast.
• Wild Mushroom Scramble: Egg whites with plant-based sausage, potatoes, and spinach. A great choice for vegetarians or those looking for a lighter option.
• Sour Cream Waffle: Served with seasonal compote and whipped mascarpone. This dish is sweet, indulgent, and visually stunning—ideal for kids and sweet tooths alike.

As our server suggested, there are three “best options” for entree choices for Topolino’s Terrace breakfast. They include the Wood-fired Steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict Florentine, and the Quiche Gruyère. These offer the best variety and enable guests to order the sour cream waffle as an additional side.

In addition to your entrée, guests can order certain side dishes like a smaller waffle, bacon, or eggs depending on their breakfast entrée choice. This has always been the policy at Topolino’s Terrace but confusion grows based on the method of some cast members working. This policy is subject to change. We suggests you ask you server for more details.  Still, if you want an additional side, you will need to order it when you order you entrée.

We hear people express that they did not get enough food for the price at Topolino’s Terrace. Despite that, we have never left Topolino’s Terrace hungry. In fact, we have regretted eating so much since, on one occasion, we had another dining review to do later, which we were not hungry for when it happened five hours later.

Specialty Beverages at Topolino’s Terrace Breakfast

Topolino’s Terrace breakfast also offers an excellent selection of specialty coffees, teas, and breakfast cocktails. Adults can enjoy morning libations such as mimosas, bellinis, or specialty bloody marys. French press pots of artisanal blends and lattes for coffee lovers are flavored with house-made syrups. Children are not left out either, with fun drinks like fresh fruit smoothies and character-themed beverages served with flair.

Service and Hospitality

Service at Topolino’s Terrace is consistently praised by guests for its attentiveness, professionalism, and Disney magic. Servers are well-versed in the menu and happy to offer recommendations or substitutions when needed. The pace of the meal is leisurely, allowing time to enjoy both the food and character interactions without feeling rushed.

• Early reservations (before 8:30 a.m.) offer the benefit of starting your day early while still leaving time to hit the parks.
• Later reservations provide a more relaxed pace and a quieter experience, as many guests head to the parks early.
• Seating near the windows can provide better views, so it’s worth requesting upon check-in.

Our Recent Visit for Topolino’s Terrace Breakfast

While wonderful people were race around Walt Disney World as a part of the Main Street 16 Challenge, we had an 11:35 advanced dining reservation for breakfast. So, two adults walk into a character breakfast. How did it go?

We expected it to go well. We have been to breakfast here on other occasions, always enjoying the food and experience. Also, even though dining with characters can be awkward for some people, this version works well even for full-grown adults who prefer to stay in the background.

Check-In

We had an 11:35 a.m. advanced dining reservation. At 11:15 a.m., we checked in online via the My Disney Experience mobile app. Soon after, we received notification that our table was ready. We went to the hostess stand to be told to wait off to the side, and a cast member would seat us soon. At this point, we waited five minutes and then were seated at our table.

We ordered the Wood-fired Steak and Eggs and the Eggs Benedict Florentine. This allowed us to order a sour cream waffle and bacon as sides.

Though the service was good during this visit, it failed to match the excellence we usually experience during Topolino’s Terrace breakfast. However, the food offered the expected elevated quality for a Topolino’s Terrace breakfast.

The portion sizes of the entrees, especially with the additional sides, offered good value. In fact, one of us did not eat much for the rest of the day. The breakfast steak provided the best quality and flavor offered at Walt Disney World, with all its steak & eggs options.

The Eggs Benedict Florentine was masterfully prepared. The light salad and well-seasoned potatoes created a fabulous entree. The menu description leaves out the salad and potatoes, which causes many guests to overlook this excellent option.
