The core of the reimagined menu focuses on fresh seafood, vibrant salads, wood-grilled fare, and modern American favorites. According to Jennifer Rama, director of Food and Beverage, the goal is to “infuse some new energy” and offer an “elevated expression of locally inspired coastal cuisine.”
Get ready to indulge in a diverse array of seafood dishes featuring cold-water lobster, diver scallops, and Atlantic grouper, all expertly balanced with bright Florida ingredients like mango, key lime, and heart of palm. This new vision for Lakehouse Orlando Coastal Seafood will genuinely appeal to those seeking refined, light flavors.

Perhaps the most exciting news for local park fans is the appointment of Chef Jonathan Grossman as the restaurant’s new leader. Chef Grossman joins the Four Seasons team straight from Disney’s Riviera Resort, where he served as Sous Chef at the acclaimed Topolino’s Terrace. His decade-plus career within Walt Disney World Resort also includes roles at:
- Olivia’s Café at Disney’s Old Key West Resort
- Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort
- Le Cellier Steakhouse at EPCOT
Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi, who oversees all of the resort’s culinary operations (including the Michelin-starred Capa), praised Grossman, noting his “refined approach and respect for ingredients” will let “the natural flavours of the ingredients shine.”
Rounding out the leadership team is new restaurant manager Bert Noury, a Certified Level 3 Advanced Sommelier and Certified Mixologist. The Lakehouse is open daily from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, and walk-ins are welcome. This is shaping up to be a perfect midday stop for a luxurious, leisurely lunch on your next Orlando vacation.
