The new year brings Gideon’s Bakehouse fans a brand-new cookie, the Banana Box Pie Cookie. It costs $7.00. The cookie consists of “combining the flavors of Real Banana, Toffee, and our Secret Blend of Spices. Topped with a combination of White Chocolate & Crunchy Candied Vanilla Wafers with a hint of the fantastical combination of Brandy & Rum, because we need to be more adult this year.”

On Saturday and Wednesday, guests will find the new Banana Moonpie Cake Slices. This is a take on a nostalgic treat. Guests can treat themselves to roasted banana cake layers with a graham cracker marshmallow buttercream. They can find crispy vanilla wafer crumble and adorable mini marshmallows inside. Each slice comes with half of a Mini Moonpie.
