Otherwise, guests need to head to far east side of Disney Springs. This tucked-away restaurant offers plenty to enjoy.

For $14.95 (with a 10% Annual Passholder discount available), we tried the Harmonious Quesadilla. This dish is a brilliant Indian-Mexican fusion that replaces the traditional tortilla with soft, warm naan bread. It is stuffed with:

- Spiced pork chili
- Indian pico de gallo (kachumber)
Served in a standard rectangular container, you receive a generous portion cut into three pieces, accompanied by seasoned tortilla chips and two dips, typically a sweet chutney and a cooling yogurt raita.
Flavor Profile and Experience
From the first bite, the juicy pork and soft naan bread deliver an immediate punch of flavor that sets this dish apart from standard quick-service fare. The Harmonious Quesadilla uses a succulent spiced pork chili that provides a level of heat slightly above your typical “theme park” spice profile, a refreshing change for those looking for an authentic kick. While the menu doesn’t explicitly name the two sauces provided, they seem designed to balance that heat. Most likely, on this day, we received a yogurt raita and a tamarind chutney
We found one to be a cooling yogurt raita and the other a sweeter chutney. Interestingly, our group preferred the quesadilla on its own to truly appreciate the interaction between the melted mozzarella and the Indian pico de gallo (kachumber). However, the seasoned tortilla chips paired perfectly with the sweeter chutney, creating an addictive side-snack dynamic that rounds out the meal. While the chips will not dazzle anyone, our group found that the texture and flavor paired well with the dips.
