Freddy’s Frozen Custard

Fast-casual restaurant concept, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, announced today the launch of its Deluxe Crispy Fish Sandwich. The limited-time offer is available for ordering from Feb. 18 through April 7 at participating Freddy’s locations nationwide via drive-thru, in-restaurant dining, pickup, or delivery through the Freddy’s mobile app and at https://freddys.com.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Deluxe Crispy Fish Sandwich

The cooked-to-order Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Deluxe Crispy Fish Sandwich is made with a four-ounce piece of battered Alaska flounder topped with tartar sauce, lettuce, pickles, and melted American cheese, all on a toasted bun.

“Guests highly anticipate the return of our fish sandwich each year,” said Rick Petralia, Sr. Director of Menu Strategy & Innovation. “Freddy’s Deluxe Crispy Fish Sandwich is a premium fish option made with succulent and flakey Alaska flounder in a crispy golden batter served with a pleasantly tangy tartar sauce that enhances the flavor of the sandwich, making it one of our top fan-favorite limited-time offers.”

Orlando Location

For those traveling to see the sights in Florida, this is a perfect seasonal meal to grab between roller coasters. Orlando theme park visitors should note that a Freddy’s location is conveniently located at 8107 Vineland Avenue near the Vineland Outlets, making it an easy stop for a high-quality meal during a busy vacation. Whether you are a local fan or just passing through, make sure to head to Freddy’s before April 7 to catch this catch of the season.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Founded in Wichita, Kansas, in 2002, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a leading fast-casual concept known for its commitment to 1950s-style hospitality and quality. The restaurant was co-founded by brothers Bill and Randy Simon, along with Scott Redler, and named in honor of the brothers’ father, Freddy Simon—a decorated World War II veteran and Purple Heart recipient.

The menu is built on three pillars: cooked-to-order steakburgers with thin, crispy edges; shoestring fries seasoned with a signature blend; and rich, freshly churned frozen custard. Unlike standard ice cream, Freddy’s custard is denser and creamier, containing at least 10% butterfat and more egg yolks. Popular treats include the Signature Turtle concrete and hand-spun milkshakes. Today, the chain has expanded to over 500 locations across the United States and Canada, maintaining a nostalgic atmosphere where “The Freddy’s Way” guides every guest interaction.
