Wondering if the Fish Tacos Centertown Market are worth ordering at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort? We tried them for you.

Should you order fish tacos at a Walt Disney World Resort food court? We did this at Centertown Market at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. How did those fish tacos measure up?
Centertown Market at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort sits in an ideal spot to take a Disney Skyliner ride for a lunch break from either Epcot or Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In fact, we do this on occasion to take a break ourselves.
Centertown Market

Centertown Market draws inspiration from the vibrant flavors and culture of the Caribbean. This food court-style restaurant offers a casual, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for resort guests seeking a convenient and tasty meal. The bright, island-themed décor features colorful murals and nautical touches that reflect the tropical spirit of the Caribbean.
Centertown Market serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with menus that include classic American fare alongside Caribbean-inspired dishes. Guests can enjoy options like roasted mojo pork, jerk chicken bowls, and tropical fruit desserts. For breakfast, items such as banana pancakes and Cuban-style eggs add a flavorful twist to morning favorites.
Centertown Market also features a grab-and-go section with snacks, pastries, and beverages, making it an ideal stop before visiting the theme parks. With indoor and outdoor seating, mobile ordering, and allergy-friendly options, Centertown Market provides a relaxed and flavorful dining experience in the heart of the resort. It’s an ideal place to unwind and recharge while enjoying the magic of Walt Disney World in a laid-back, tropical setting.
Fish Tacos Centertown Market

During one of our visits to Centertown Market, we ordered the fish tacos. These consist of “Three Fish Tacos topped with Pickled Vegetable Slaw, Cilantro Lime Crema, Cotija Cheese, and a side of Pico de Gallo with a Lime, served with a choice of Side.” They cost $10.99.

Our initial thought when we picked these up from the mobile order area was that they were three small tacos. These look similar to the kids’ meal version, but that comes with two tacos. We chose mac and cheese as a side option. You get a side of pico de gallo, but how would it fit in the tacos?
The mac and cheese tasted like the typical Disney mac and cheese. It held plenty of creaminess, avoiding the dry macaroni and cheese issue we sometimes see at Walt Disney World quick service locations. In fairness, we did order this before the evening rush at a Walt Disney World food court. For the record, we think mac and cheese is never bad. Still, some mac and cheese is far better than others.
Review of the Tacos

So, what about the Fish Tacos Centertown Market themselves? Our first thought was that the cotija cheese made a nice touch. The presentation was nice, but it was missing a personal touch, such as chips.
The fish, though of average quality, works nicely with these tacos. There is a portion size issue. Still, you get three small tacos and a side for $11 at a theme park resort hotel. The pico does provide a bit of spice. Most guests will desire more flavor from the crema, but it is of reasonable quality.

In fact, we mixed some of the crema in with our mac and cheese. We liked it, but we enjoy spicy and cheesy dishes. The pickled vegetable slaw fits the theme but will not impress most guests.
Overall, most guests will enjoy these Fish Tacos Centertown Market. They come at a reasonable quick service price. The tacos fulfill the assignment.
