This Underrated Salmon Entrée at Disney’s Pop Century Is Cheaper Than You’d Expect

Everything POP Salmon is part of the Create-Your-Own Entrée options at Disney’s Pop Century, offering a $17.99 citrus-basil salmon with two sides that delivers solid value for a resort food court quick-service meal.

Disney’s Pop Century Resort isn’t usually where guests expect to find one of the better-value salmon entrées on Disney World property, but the Create-Your-Own Entrée at Everything POP Food Court quietly delivers a surprisingly filling and flexible option for resort quick-service dining. During our recent visit, we tried the Citrus-Basil Salmon, and while it won’t replace a signature dining experience, it does exactly what it needs to do for a theme park food court meal.
Everything Pop Food Court

Located at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Everything POP Shopping & Dining is a vibrant, retro-themed food court that captures the essence of 20th-century American pop culture. This expansive quick-service venue serves as the primary dining hub for resort guests, offering a massive seating area surrounded by colorful memorabilia and “pop art” aesthetics.
The food court is divided into several distinct stations, each specializing in different cuisines to cater to diverse palates. For breakfast, guests can enjoy iconic Mickey-shaped waffles, “Bounty Platters,” and the popular Loaded Totcho Bowl. Lunch and dinner menus expand into comfort food and international flavors, featuring items like the Porchetta Burger, Chicken Adobo Nachos, and sesame chicken. It is also one of the few value resort locations to offer heartier dinner entrées such as Citrus-Basil Salmon and Mojo-roasted Chicken.

Perhaps its most famous claim to fame is the legendary Tie-Dye Cheesecake, a colorful, multi-layered dessert that has remained a fan favorite for decades. The venue also houses a large “grab-and-go” section for quick snacks and is the central location for picking up and refilling Resort Refillable Mugs.
With its convenient location near the Disney Skyliner station, Everything POP is not just a dining spot for Pop Century guests but a popular stop for those traveling between Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Whether you’re looking for a quick pizza slice or a nostalgic treat, it offers a reliable, family-friendly atmosphere that perfectly matches the resort’s high-energy vibe.

What We Ordered: Everything POP Salmon

For this review, we selected the Citrus-Basil Salmon ($17.99) paired with:
- Red beans and rice
- Garlic green beans
Guests should note that additional sides can also be ordered separately for $5.49, which is useful if you’re looking to build a lighter meal or add something extra without committing to a full entrée.
Portion Size & Presentation
For a resort food court, portion sizes are solid. The salmon portion is average, but the side portions are generous, helping the overall meal feel filling. For our group, the entrée with two sides was more than enough after a long theme park day. Visually, the salmon looks clean and well-prepared, fitting right in with Everything POP’s straightforward, no-frills quick-service presentation.
Taste & Quality

The salmon flavor is reasonable, with the citrus-basil seasoning offering mild brightness without overpowering the fish. It’s not a bold or complex preparation, but it’s exactly what you’d expect—and want—from a quick-service resort kitchen.
The rice used in the red beans and rice is the same rice used for the Asian-style dishes at Everything POP. Both the rice and beans taste average, though it’s important to keep expectations aligned: this is theme park resort food court food, not table-service dining.
The garlic green beans were below average, lacking both seasoning and texture. They’re edible, but not a standout side, and we’d recommend opting for mashed potatoes or broccoli instead if you’re building this entrée again.
Everything POP Salmon: Value Compared to Other Theme Park Salmon
At $17.99, this salmon entrée is priced lower than comparable quick-service salmon dishes, including the salmon served at Minion Cafe at Universal Orlando Resort. While that option offers more themed presentation, Everything POP’s version delivers solid value for guests staying on Walt Disney World property. For travelers watching food budgets or those who want something filling without paying table-service prices, this is an underrated option.
Everything POP Salmon

The Create-Your-Own Entrée at Everything POP Food Court is one of Pop Century’s most quietly reliable dining options, and the Everything POP salmon entrée fits that description perfectly. It’s filling, customizable, and reasonably priced for Disney World quick-service dining. While some sides underperform, the overall experience is substantial, especially when you factor in portion size, flexibility, and convenience via Mobile Order. For Pop Century guests, or Skyliner riders looking for a quick, no-stress meal, this salmon entrée proves that resort food courts can still deliver value without sacrificing satisfaction.
If you’re craving something a step above burgers and pizza after a long park day, the Everything POP Salmon is a solid choice worth considering.
