Summer is arriving early at DQ locations nationwide. American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ) has officially announced the “Countdown to Summer” Blizzard Treat Collection, a seasonal lineup designed to transport fans to sunnier days with a mix of innovative new flavors and returning classics.
DQ Countdown to Summer Promotion
To celebrate the launch, DQ is partnering with the Savannah Bananas to offer a “Double Flip” promotion. From March 30 through April 26, DQ Rewards members can use the DQ Mobile App to buy one Blizzard Treat and get another of equal or lesser value for just $.99.
“Coming out of winter, we know fans look forward to all things warm weather. This collection was designed to celebrate the joy and flavor of summer through nostalgic fan favorites and new innovation,” said Maria Hokanson, executive vice president of marketing at American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ). “We also wanted to give fans something to ‘flip’ for: a BOGO $.99 digital offer that playfully nods to our classic Blizzard Treat flip – as well as our partners the Savannah Bananas who bring joy and fun to the warm weather season in every Banana Ball game.”
Starting Monday, March 30, fans can enjoy the following lineup:
- NEW! Strawberry Angel Food Cake Blizzard Treat: Features light and fluffy angel food cake pieces and real strawberries blended with world-famous soft serve, finished with whipped topping.
- S’mores Blizzard Treat: The campfire classic returns, featuring marshmallow-filled DQ chocolate bars and graham cracker pieces.
- Cotton Candy Blizzard Treat: A fan-favorite featuring colorful cotton candy sprinkles blended into soft serve.
Fans are encouraged to download the DQ Mobile App and sign up for DQ Rewards to access the BOGO $.99 “Double Flip” offer and explore the full DQ Countdown to Summer collection.
