Disney Springs Dining Update

Cookes of Dublin is a quick-service eatery in Disney Springs, offering contemporary Irish cuisine crafted by master chefs. Located beside Raglan Road Irish Pub, this spot serves classic dishes like fish and chips, featuring premium North Atlantic beer-battered cod with house-made tartar sauce. Other menu highlights include the Dubliner Burger, Chicken & Wild Mushroom Pie, and Hog in a Box, slow-roasted pork shoulder with baby potatoes, stuffing, caramelized onions, and apple sauce. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a traditional Irish take-away, with a cozy interior and limited seating, making it a charming spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Notably, Cookes of Dublin offers gluten-free and dairy-free options, catering to various dietary needs.

Cookes of Dublin will offer their Fish & Chips for 40% off on June 6, National Fish and Chips Day. Taght means this classic entree will cost $9.99 on that day. This offer does not apply inside Raglan Road, the table service restaurant.

Dates for Flavors of Florida Announced

Disney Springs Dining Update

Recently, we learned the dates for Flavors of Florida at Disney Springs. This event takes place a bit earlier this year, starting on June 27. It also lasts longer, running through August 10. Flavors of Florida at Disney Springs is a vibrant culinary celebration that showcases the rich and diverse flavors of the Sunshine State. This annual event brings together Disney Springs’ top restaurants and eateries to offer limited-time dishes and drinks inspired by Florida’s fresh produce, citrus groves, and coastal cuisine.

Guests can expect items such as zesty key lime pies, juicy orange-infused treats, tangy barbecue, and tropical seafood creations that feature local ingredients like shrimp, grouper, and alligator. Citrus reigns supreme, appearing in desserts, cocktails, and sauces, while other Florida favorites, such as Cuban sandwiches and stone crab claws, add a savory flair.

Local brews and handcrafted cocktails featuring Florida-distilled spirits round out the experience. From sweet to savory, every bite tells a story of Florida’s culinary heritage, with creative twists and Disney’s signature flair. Whether you’re a foodie or a casual snacker, Flavors of Florida offers a delicious way to explore the state’s essence in a single location, all within the lively atmosphere of Disney Springs. It’s a seasonal must-visit for both locals and visitors.
