Disney Springs Dining Update: Bonus Day of Brunch at Homecomin’

The Fourth of July weekend will involve a bonus day of brunch at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. It will happen on Friday, July 4, in addition to the typical weekend days. In addition, Fried Okra returns to the menu this summer for a limited time. These come parmesan battered and crispy fried, served up with remoulade and a “whole ‘lotta crunch.”

Burnt Ends BBG at The Daily Poutine

The Daily Poutine at Disney Springs is a quick-service kiosk that puts a gourmet twist on the classic Canadian comfort food. Located in the Marketplace area, it serves up rich, satisfying poutine varieties featuring crispy fries, cheese curds, and hot gravy. Seasonal and international takes on the dish—like Italian, Latin, and breakfast poutines—rotate regularly, offering something new for returning guests. Whether you’re looking for a hearty snack or a shareable bite, The Daily Poutine delivers bold flavors in a convenient setting

For a short time, The Daily Poutine will serve Burnt Ends BBQ Poutine with burnt ends, sweet BBQ sauce, and coleslaw. This will be available through June 26. We suspect that a new limited-time item will appear on June 27 when Flavors of Florida starts.

Sprinkles Cupcakes

Starting now through June 29, Sprinkles Cupcakes will offer a brand-new cupcake, the Chocolate Salted Pretzel Buttercream Cupcake. This is a partnership with Maple Hill and Diamond Crystal Salt. The cupcake consists of dark chocolate cake with a chocolate pretzel buttercream for $7.00.

Also, starting on June 30 through July 20, Sprinkles will offer three limited-time cupcakes that include:

• Cookies and Cream – Chocolate chip studded yellow cake topped with cookies and cream frosting and finished with a mini Oreo
• Coconut Cream Pie – A fluffy coconut cake filled with rich vanilla custard, topped with smooth coconut frosting, and finished with a curl of toasted coconut
• Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip – Chocolate chip studded peanut butter cake and milk chocolate cream cheese frosting.

Disney Springs Dining Update: Raglan Road Menu Changes

We have a few menu changes at Raglan Road Irish Pub. Most of them involve menu items increasing in price slightly. However, a few new items were added to the menu including:

• Panko Salmon — Breaded Atlantic salmon filet, pickled fennel and cucumber, beetroot, blood orange segments, with a lime avocado puree for $18
• This Sheppie went Veggie — A mix of root vegetables, three beans and lentils with bulgar wheat, topped with olive oil mashed potatoes with a roasted pepper & cherry tomato gravy for $27
• Gnocchi Nua — Potato and herb gnocchi with zucchini, asparagus, yellow squash & peas in spinach lemon, parmesan sauce for $28 | Add Chicken 8.00 | Add Salmon 16.00

These changes are not significant, especially since these items replaced the Gnocchi Now and Vegan Hottie Pie, which have been removed from the Raglan Road menu. Also, Cookes of Dublin’s menu items experienced a slight price increase recently.

Disney Springs Dining Update: B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.

B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. at Disney Springs is a fun, grab‑and‑go kiosk located along the water in the Marketplace area. Opened in 2016, it draws inspiration from the “Three Little Pigs” theme and offers an array of artisan sausages and hot dogs. From now through June 26, it is presenting guests with the chance to buy the Bacon Mac N Cheese Dog.
