Limited Time Menu Items at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs has added two limited-time menu items. In the entree section of the menu, guests can order the BBQ Salmon. It consists of a salmon filet brined in BBQ spices and chargrilled, then topped with the housemade BBQ sauce and shoestring potato crisps. This comes served with asparagus, creamy mashed potatoes, and a cheddar drop biscuit.

Additionally, a new appetizer will be available for purchase this summer. The Smoked Salmon Fish Dip offers guests a creamy, smoky, and totally crave-worthy starter. It combines smoked salmon with cream cheese, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, dill, garlic, capers, and a variety of herbs & spices to make this table starter.
