The highly anticipated CrazyShake Disney Springs pop-up is officially happening. According to Disney Food Blog, a limited-time Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes CrazyShake™ experience is coming to Disney Springs beginning March 2, 2026. Unlike a full restaurant opening, the CrazyShake Disney Springs experience will operate as a three-month pop-up, offering only the brand’s famous over-the-top milkshakes.

Opening Date and Location

Per February 20, 2026, reports, the CrazyShake Disney Springs pop-up will take over the former Sprinkles Cupcakes storefront. The pop-up begins March 2, 2026, and will run for three months, making this a limited-time opportunity for Walt Disney World guests. Since, this is not a permanent restaurant addition, guests planning spring and early summer vacations may want to prioritize visiting before the CrazyShake Disney Springs experience disappears.

What Is the CrazyShake Disney Springs Concept?

The CrazyShake Disney Springs pop-up comes from Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes, a restaurant brand that became famous for its towering milkshakes stacked with cake slices, cookies, candy, and elaborate toppings. Black Tap already operates at Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District in California, but this marks the first dedicated CrazyShake Disney Springs activation at Walt Disney World.

These shakes are known for:

  • Frosting-coated rims
  • Dramatic whipped cream towers
  • Full-size dessert toppers
  • Bright, colorful presentations perfect for social media

The CrazyShake Disney Springs pop-up will focus exclusively on these signature milkshakes.

CrazyShake Disney Springs Menu Items

The Disney Springs menu will include:

  • BAM BAM Shake
  • Cookie Shake
  • Cookies ’n Cream Supreme
  • Brooklyn Blackout
  • Special Edition Mickey CrazyShake

The Special Edition Mickey CrazyShake is expected to be unique to the Disney Springs pop-up, giving Walt Disney World guests a location-exclusive option. Importantly, there will be no burgers served at this location — this is strictly a CrazyShake Disney Springs dessert experience.

Why CrazyShake Disney Springs Is a Big Deal

Disney Springs has increasingly leaned into limited-time pop-ups and viral food concepts, and CrazyShake Disney Springs fits that strategy perfectly. By offering a temporary dessert-only activation, Disney Springs creates urgency while also testing guest demand. If the CrazyShake Disney Springs pop-up proves successful, it could potentially open the door for future collaborations.

Additionally, the visual appeal of these milkshakes aligns with Disney Springs’ reputation as a dining and social hotspot. Between waterfront views and high-energy evenings, a towering milkshake stacked with cake feels right at home.

What We Still Don’t Know

While the opening date is confirmed as March 2, 2026, pricing and full menu descriptions have not yet been released. It is also unclear whether the pop-up could become permanent in the future. For now, it is officially listed as a three-month engagement.

We will continue to monitor for additional announcements, pricing updates, and first-look reviews once it opens. If you’re visiting Walt Disney World this spring, this limited-time dessert stop may be one of the most photogenic snacks of the season.
