Walt Disney World has started adding new entertainment for the summer season. For example, two new shows are opening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 27. Also, the Disney Starlight Dream the Night AWay Parade begins running in the evenings at Magic Kingdom later this summer.
However, Walt Disney World Cool Kid summer offers guests plenty of fun opportunities. As Walt Disney World states, “Join the fun at a summer celebration—with more Character encounters and new ways for families to play!” Recently, Walt Disney World shared photos from some of the Cool Kid Summer experiences.
Cool Kid Summer: GoofyCore at CommuniCore Hall
At Epcot, CommuniCore experiences an overhaul complete with Goofy-ness. “Enjoy the ultimate summer party as Goofy takes over CommuniCore Hall with a DJ playing fun tunes as the little ones join in interactive games… with a Goofy twist, of course, like Loopy Limbo and Parachutes ‘n’ Pipsqueaks!” During the summer offering at Epcot, Goofy throws the “ultimate summer party” including a DJ-led dance party and kids’ games.
Cool Kid Summer at Magic Kingdom
Over at Magic Kingdom, the kids’ fun continues. There are two Cool Kid Summer opportunities that include:
Big Top Bash at Storybook Circus
Play and have fun at the Big Top! Join the DJ Ringmaster for a summertime dance party, pop-up silliness with Pluto, kid-friendly midway-style games, and even more hands-on activities inside Big Top Souvenirs!
Galactic Blast at Tomorrowland
Groove to out-of-this-world tunes during a space-inspired DJ dance party at Rocket Tower Plaza Stage, with surprise appearances by none other than our mischievous friend Stitch! Enjoy a cool spot in Merchant of Venus with indoor crafts inspired by the new Disney and Pixar film “Elio.”
“Get Animated at Animation Courtyard”
Walt Disney World also shared new photos of “Get Animated at Animation Courtyard” – a limited-time summer offering at Disney’s Hollywood Studios that includes games, crafts, and a dance party with several characters.
