From Tex Mex bowls to carnivore flatbreads, City Works introduces new menu items at Disney Springs. See what’s new and what’s gone!
It is April 30, 2025, which means the new menu items have arrived at City Works Eatery & Pour House at Disney Springs. Since many new menu items were coming to City Works, the Chef Select Menu items we expected last week will be arriving in late May.
New Menu Items
Several of the new menu items coming to this restaurant include:
- Carnivore Flatbread – Marinara, pepperoni, Italian sausage, chopped smoked ham, bacon lardons, mozzarella
- Classic Sliders – Beef patties, house-smoked candied thick-cut bacon, yellow cheddar, shredded iceberg, vine-ripened tomato, red onion, mini brioche buns
- Crab Fondue – Jumbo lump crab meat, goat cheese, Parmesan, garlic herb butter, toasted baguette
- Hot Honey Flatbread – Spicy marinara, pepperoni, Italian sausage, chopped smoked ham, bacon lardons, mozzarella
- Nashville Hot Chicken Nachos – Crispy chicken, Nashville hot sauce, pepper jack cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo, white beans, avocado, cilantro lime cream, tortilla chips, micro cilantro
- Meatloaf Sliders – Smoked meatloaf, maple bourbon glaze, pimento cheese, arugula, crispy red onion, mini brioche buns
Mains
- Southern Style Burger – Pimento cheese, candied jalapeno peppers, classic slaw, crispy red onions, chipotle bbq
- Smash Burger Tacos – Smashed beef patty, yellow cheddar, shredded iceberg, vine-ripened tomato, red onion, dill pickle, burger sauce, flour tortillasChicken & Chips – Buttermilk-breaded chicken tenders, house fries, coleslaw, choice of 2 sauces: ranch, honey mustard, buffalo, chipotle bbq, mango habanero bbq, mustard bbq, nashville sauce
- 3 Meat & 2 Sides -Choice of Chicken wings, hot link, pulled pork, pulled chicken, 1/4 rack BBQ ribs, choice of two sides served with bread, spicy bread & butter pickles, and choice of 2 sauces
- Tex Mex Protein Bowl = Adobo braised chicken, chipotle salsa roja, kale, cilantro rice, black beans, charred corn, avocado, pepper jack cheese, red onion, cilantro, tortilla strips, cilantro lime cream, spiced citrus vinaigrette
- Thai Chili Noodle Bowl – Cold glass noodles, fresno chili, green onion, carrot, cilantro, edamame, cabbage, cucumber, Thai chili vinaigrette, crispy garlic
- Tuna Poke Bowl – Sesame ginger-marinated poke-style ahi tuna, jasmine rice, edamame, marinated beech mushrooms, pickled red onion, cucumbers, daikon radish, jalapenos, green onion, chili aioli, jalapeno soy
- Brisket Tacos – Smoked chopped brisket, pickled red onion, coleslaw, avocado, queso fresco, micro cilantro, flour tortillas
- Fried Strawberry Cheesecake – Strawberries, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, cinnamon sugar.
Initial Reaction to New Menu Items
Since City Works Disney Springs has not opened at the time of this writing, we only have photos and an online menu to work with. Still, our initial reaction to the new menu items relates to the brunch menu. City Works Eatery & Pour House offers a wonderful brunch. At first glance, we do not see any new or removed menu items on the restaurant’s menu.
The addition of bowl-style entrees looks like an interesting addition. The City Works Eatery & Pour House offers a diverse menu, which broadens that aspect of the restaurant.
Also, we notice that the Fried Strawberry Cheesecake dessert, rumored to arrive at the Disney Springs location when the previous menu renovation happened, has arrived on the menu. However, we noticed several main menu items removed from the City Works Eatery & Pour House menu.
Did Your Favorite City Works Menu Item Disappear?
Menu changes are important for restaurants to keep things fresh and stay up to date with the latest food trends. Nevertheless, that means menu items that some fans love may be cut from the menu. What did we notice being gone from the City Works Eatery & Pour House Disney Springs menu?
Though we have not memorized every previous menu item, we notice several items are no longer on the menu. Since we have reviewed most of the City Works menu in some capacity, we have a decent concept of the former menu items. City Works Eatery & Pour House Disney Springs removed menu items include:
- BBQ Chicken Flatbread
- Ahi Tuna
- Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- Ahi Tuna Tacos
- BBQ Pork Tacos

In fairness, we may have missed something. However, it looks like City Works added far more menu items than it removed.
