Spring has officially arrived at Chicken Salad Chick, and they are leaning heavily into the pickle trend. The fast-casual favorite just announced a brand-new seasonal lineup featuring a pickle-centric chicken salad, zesty chips, and a refreshing Southern peach tea.
Chicken Salad Chick Spring Menu
The star of the show is Jill Pickle, a new flavor crafted for those who can’t get enough of that vinegary crunch. Using the same signature dill pickle spears that accompany every meal, this scoop blends chopped pickles directly into the chicken salad for a fresh, balanced bite. It is available as a scoop, a sandwich, or in a Quick Chick to-go container through May 30.
To round out the experience, the menu now includes Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle Chips and a new Peach Tea, brewed with real fruit for a classic Southern finish.
