Bianca Pizza SeaWorld is a non-traditional white pizza served at Dockside Pizza in SeaWorld Orlando, offering a unique option on the All-Day Dining Plan. Does it deliver on flavor and quality?

Bianca Pizza SeaWorld Review at Dockside Pizza

Theme park quick-service pizza places exist for a reason: they are fast, filling, and familiar. Still, familiarity should not excuse mediocrity. When it comes to Bianca Pizza SeaWorld, Dockside Pizza at SeaWorld Orlando is attempting something different, but execution remains uneven.
While Pizza Moon at Universal Epic Universe has recently proven that theme park pizza can be elevated, quick-service pizza operations still struggle across the industry. United Parks & Resorts has relied on flatbread-style pizzas, and when they were first introduced, they marked a noticeable improvement over older theme park pizza offerings. Over the past year, however, pizza quality at SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has declined, with menu items disappearing and Dining Plan availability shrinking. During these changes, Bianca Pizza SeaWorld quietly appeared at Dockside Pizza, standing out as the most non-traditional option currently available.
What Is Bianca Pizza?
Pizza Bianca, which translates to “white pizza,” traditionally omits tomato sauce entirely. Depending on preparation and region, the term can refer to two distinct styles.
The Traditional Roman Style
Originating in Rome, Pizza Bianca is closer to a flatbread than a modern pizza.
- Crust: High-hydration dough similar to focaccia with a crisp exterior
- Toppings: Olive oil, sea salt, and sometimes rosemary
- How it’s eaten: Often sliced open and filled like a sandwich
The Modern White Pizza
In many American pizzerias, Pizza Bianca refers to a cheese-forward white pie.
- Base: Olive oil or a creamy white sauce
- Cheese: Mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, or Pecorino Romano
- Toppings: Garlic, herbs, spinach, or mushrooms
At Dockside Pizza, Bianca Pizza SeaWorld clearly follows the modern interpretation.
Bianca Pizza SeaWorld: Menu Description and Price

According to SeaWorld Orlando’s official online menu, Bianca Pizza SeaWorld includes:
- Olive oil base
- Heirloom tomatoes
- Basil
- Garlic
The pizza is priced at $18.99. During our visit, this was the most unique pizza option available, particularly for guests using the All-Day Dining Plan, which otherwise offered only standard cheese or pepperoni pizzas for them.
So, How Was Bianca Pizza SeaWorld?

Unfortunately, first impressions were not encouraging. The pizza literally stuck to the plate—never a good sign. This is the same United Parks & Resorts flatbread-style pizza base used across multiple parks, and it works against Bianca Pizza SeaWorld here.
The pizza was cut poorly. While it received the typical angled half-cut, it was done sloppily, making the pizza awkward and frustrating to eat, an issue that should never exist for a quick-service item.
Interestingly, the best element was not listed in the menu description: the additional cheese on top. While the base uses standard theme park mozzarella, the extra cheese added on top tasted noticeably better and carried much of the flavor. The olive oil drizzle, though messy, helped enhance those bites and provided much-needed richness.

However, time in the warmer significantly hurt the pizza. In several areas, the crust tasted more like a saltine cracker than pizza dough. That dryness severely undercut the potential of Bianca Pizza SeaWorld.
The basil and olive oil elevated certain bites, but the heirloom tomatoes were underwhelming. Whether they were truly heirloom or not, they lacked sweetness and depth, diminishing the overall balance.
Ultimately, the quality depended entirely on the bite. Any bite with the additional cheese on top and olive oil earned an above-average rating for theme park pizza. Bites without those components quickly fell into well below average territory.
Dockside Pizza at SeaWorld Orlando
The quick-service restaurant Dockside Pizza is designed for convenience, offering flatbread pizzas and a limited selection of sides. While Bianca Pizza SeaWorld suggests an effort to diversify the menu, overall execution remains inconsistent.
As menu options have been reduced, especially for All-Day Dining Plan users, the location feels increasingly stripped down. Dockside Pizza still serves as a quick-service stop, but it lacks the consistency and freshness expected of a modern theme park dining location.
Garlic Knots: A Minor Improvement

Due to limited side options for those using the All-Day Dining Plan, we selected garlic knots. Expectations were low, especially after consistently poor experiences with garlic knots at Oasis Pizza at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. These were marginally better. While they lacked strong garlic flavor, they avoided the worst texture issues seen at sister locations. Unfortunately, the tomato sauce dip added little and failed to improve the overall experience.
All-Day Dining Plan and Bianca Pizza SeaWorld
SeaWorld Orlando’s All-Day Dining Plan (cost $59.99) which allows guests to dine every 90 minutes, remains popular, but recent changes have reduced its value. Several pizza options have been removed or restricted, leaving guests with minimal variety.
The availability of Bianca Pizza SeaWorld during our visit was a welcome exception, offering a non-traditional option beyond cheese and pepperoni. Still, inconsistent quality and limited side choices remain drawbacks for All-Day Dining Plan users.
Final Thoughts on Bianca Pizza SeaWorld
Bianca Pizza SeaWorld is an interesting concept that struggles with execution. When the cheese and olive oil align, it briefly rises above standard theme park pizza. Unfortunately, inconsistent crust texture, underwhelming tomatoes, and warmer-related issues hold it back. It is a step in the right direction, but SeaWorld Orlando still has significant work to do if it wants its quick-service pizza offerings to truly stand out.
