Shops across the country roll out special promotions, seasonal flavors, and unique creations. Salt & Straw Disney Springs
Salt & Straw Disney Springs regularly offers limited-time ice cream flavors. For the three previous Julys that Salt & Straw has operated at Disney Springs, guests could enjoy “The Berries Berries Berries Series” of ice cream flavors. This series of flavors has varied through the years. Still, ice cream fans have enjoyed flavors like Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie, Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero, and Birthday Cake & Blackberries.
However, Salt & Straw fans enjoyed the Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie from late May until the newest set of ice cream flavors debuted in July. So, what does that mean for July’s flavors?
Berries Series July 2025 Salt & Straw
It means Berries Berries Berries for July. Starting June 27, guests can enjoy five berry-themed ice cream flavors. Yes, we know it is not June yet! These include:
- Birthday Cakes and Blackberries – rainbow-flecked ‘confetti’ cake are generously strewn throughout salted vanilla ice cream and wrapped with a ribbon of Oregon Growers jam.
- Oishii Strawberry Pretzel Salad – glossy jelly packed with vibrant Oishii berries. Crunchy pretzel crumble folds into cream cheese ice cream along with the strawberry jelly.
- Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero – Goat cheese ice cream with swirls of marionberry habanero pepper jam. Made with Cypress Grove fresh goat cheese
- Banana Bread with Strawberry Jam (v) – Coconut cream banana vegan ice cream with brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon, black rum, salt, and caramel with hunks of GoNanas Salted Caramel Banana Bread and swirls of strawberry jam.
- Huckleberry Cornbread Pudding – Wild-foraged huckleberry ice cream with crumbles of buttermilk cornbread and a ribbon of cornbread pudding.
Additionally, for Flavors of Florida at Disney Springs, Salt & Straw will be selling a special flavor through August 10. It will be La Tropical’s La Original Lager with Guava. It consists of “Tropical ice cream with notes of honey and guava flan made from a historic recipe with Miami’s La Tropical La Original Lager.”
July Makes an Excellent Month to Have Ice Cream

- GoNanas Strawberry Caramel Banana Bread – Caramel ice cream with salted caramel banana bread crumbles and ripples of strawberry jam
- GoNanas Banana Blueberry Crumble – Sweet coconut ice cream with a touch of Meyer lemon, banana blueberry cake crumbles, and a ribbon of blueberry jam (Vegan)
