Casey’s Corner, the baseball-themed eatery on Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom, has just hit a home run with its sweet treat, the redesigned Baseball Brownie. Okay, maybe it is not a home run. Still, it qualifies as a base hit that will keep your team going during their day at Magic Kingdom.
Known for its nostalgic Americana vibes and classic ballpark fare, Casey’s Corner has long been a favorite spot for Disney guests. The menu at Casey’s Corner focuses on hot dogs. However, the baseball brownie has been in the everyday lineup at Casey’s Corner for some time. This latest revision of the Baseball Brownie adds even more charm to its lineup.

The new Baseball Brownie Casey’s Corner features a dome-like shape. It also comes with different flavors than the simpler iced brownie version served at Casey’s Corner before this change. What really catches the eye is the baseball stitching design on the white chocolate shell covering the core of this dessert. It serves as a playful nod to the restaurant’s theme and makes for a photo-worthy dessert.

The mousse portion offers a decent flavor. Nevertheless, it tastes like the standard Disney World mousse we encounter at other quick-service restaurants. Nonetheless, the dulce de leche flavor works nicely. This dessert could be defined as dense, making it easier to share. During our visit, the caramel flavor mentioned in the description failed to shine. The caramel corn, fulfilling the role of the baseball snack of Cracker Jacks, tasted okay. However, some guests may find it to be stale-tasting.
The white chocolate frosting on top will melt in the heat, as will the mousse. In fairness, this is Florida after all. The white chocolate shell served as the weakest link with this new Baseball Brownie Casey’s Corner. Overall, the mousse and brownie base make this sweet treat worth trying during your next visit to Magic Kingdom.
