A mysterious new cookie debuts at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs today. Find out what we know about this exclusive sweet treat!
Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs keeps things exciting with its monthly cookie traditions. However, in June and July of this year, the monthly cookie system took a detour. For example, in June, Gideon’s Bakehouse offered four different weekly cookies. For July, the Rocky Road Cookie was available until July 15. As previously announced, Gideon’s Bakehouse will sell different limited-time cookies from July 16 to 31. Today, we found out the identity of that cookie.
Gideon’s Bakehouse July Cookie: Sea Turtle Cookie
The cookie for the rest of July is the Sea Turtle Cookie. This is a returning cookie. This popular flavor nurtures you with premium Chocolate, Homemade Caramel, and whole giant Candied Pecans sprinkled with our signature Sea Salt. A portion of sales from this flavor will support Florida’s Sea Turtle Conservancy, the world’s oldest sea turtle research and conservation group. Available every day for the rest of July! Limit 2 per person while supplies last each day.

MENU COLLECTORS The second menu, featuring Eloise, has dropped and pairs nicely with Enoch’s menu! Full disclosure, there was a printing error, and the borders of the two cards don’t perfectly align. They will be reprinted, and a corrected version is expected to be in the store this weekend. Apologies for the inconvenience, although there is value in very limited misprints. 
Online merch orders will ship with the corrected menu, but will all start shipping next week.

Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs is a gothic‑chic bakery sensation. It has become a cult favorite for massive, premium cookies and decadent cake slices. It debuted in early 2021, expanding from its original location in the East End Market.
