Today is the first day of July, so we know that means a new monthly cookie at Gideon’s Bakehouse. In previous years, fans of Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies have received two limited-time options, courtesy of Flavors of Florida at Disney Springs.
However, this year, Gideon’s Bakehouse will not be offering special Flavors of Florida cookies. Instead, the Flavors of Florida treat is the new Key Lime Ice Box Pie. It consists of layers of Key lime curd with a Key lime cream filling and graham cracker crust. We ordered this pie and the Lemon Cold Brew. the cold brew presents what guests have come to expect from Gideon’s Bakehouse. So, what does that mean for cookie lovers in July 2025? The previous year’s July options (listed at the end of this article) left curious guests with no clear idea of what to expect for July 2025. Our Gideon’s Bakehouse July 2025 cookie announcements started with a twist. Like last month, cookie fans will have more than one cookie this month.
Monthly Cookie Flavor at Gideon’s Bakehouse July 2025 #1- Rocky Road Cookie
Gideon’s Bakehouse announced the Rocky Road Cookie would be available from July 1 to 15. At this time, we do not know the identity of the cookie(s) for the rest of the month. This cookie consists of the Triple Chocolate Cookie base (really five kinds of chocolate), smothered in semi-sweet and dark chocolates, housemade double-baked whole candied almonds, and some gooey marshmallow goodness. This cookie costs $6.50. Additionally, this cookie first appeared at Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs in August 2021 as a limited-time offering.
In the official announcement, Gideon’s Bakehouse mentioned that another cookie would arrive on July 16. However, no details were given about this Gideon’s Bakehouse July 2025 cookie number two.
Gideon’s Bakehouse July 2025 – Cakes, Cold Brews and More
Rocky Road Cake featuring marshmallow buttercream, chocolate layers, and double baked candied almonds will be the cake of the month. These slices will be available every Wednesday and Saturday this month at both locations.
