Walt Disney World announced several new or returning menu items at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Since we have officially entered the summer of 2025, these menu items reflect the seasonal change.

The items announced by Walt Disney World today include:
- Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Chef Salad at Rosie’s All-American Café: Hot honey buffalo chicken, romaine lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, celery, cucumber, avocado, peppadew peppers, and green onion with sriracha-ranch dressing
- Cold Brew Ice Cream Float at Epic Eats: Joffrey’s Cold Brew flavored with Madagascar vanilla and served with soft-serve vanilla ice cream (Non-alcoholic)
- Frozen Watermelon Vodka Lemonade at Backlot Express: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, watermelon, and Minute Maid Lemonade
- Pineapple Citrus Margarita at Backlot Express: Teremana Blanco Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, DOLE Pineapple Juice, Minute Maid Lemonade, and Hawaiian Island Syrup
- Malastare Margarita at Ronto Roasters: Teremana Blanco Tequila, Bols Triple Sec Liqueur, desert pear syrup, and lime juice.
At first glance, this list of new and returning menu items offers a variety of beverage options to keep guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios cool this summer. The ice cream float should serve that purpose as well.
The oddity on the list of summer menu items appears on the Rosie’s All-American Cafe menu. That makes an interesting choice for a summer menu item at a food court area without air conditioning. We will have to wait and see how Hot honey buffalo chicken and sriracha-ranch dressing pairs with Florida summer heat.
