Sickies Garage Florida

Sickies Garage Florida recently unveiled a Roadside Rodeo menu. One of the signature items on that menu is the Cowboy Kobe Burger. Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews states, “We’re bringing rodeo vibes to your bun with our new Cowboy Kobe Burger—a heavyweight champion of flavor.” The Cowboy Kobe Burger features a full-on flavor stampede; our juicy Kobe beef patty is stacked with cheddar cheese, crispy fried pickles and jalapeños, a bold jalapeño-brisket sausage link, and drenched in Jameson BBQ sauce and BBQ aioli. All wrangled between a toasted brioche bun. Includes waffle fries or rodeo beans.

This new burger costs $19.99. Sickies suggests that guests taste what happens when a burger goes full cowboy. Other items on the Roadside Rodeo menu include:

  • Cowboy Caviar – A zesty tumble of black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and peppers all lassoed together with a splash of lime juice. Served with tortilla chips.
  • Wild West Nachos – Crispy kettle chips piled high with tender pulled pork, smothered in sweet ‘n smoky BBQ drizzle, and topped with our house-made Cowboy Caviar. It’s a little bit wild, a whole lotta delicious.
  • Saloon Salad – A hearty bed of fresh greens gets wrangled with smoky chopped brisket, crunchy crushed kettle chips, sharp shredded cheddar, and a scoop of our bold Cowboy Caviar. It’s got bite, it’s got crunch; and it doesn’t mess around.
  • Brisket Fried Rice – Our smoky brisket fried rice is loaded up with jalapeño-brisket sausage, topped with crispy onion tanglers, and finished with a sweet ‘n smoky BBQ drizzle. It’s bold, it’s savory, and built for hearty appetites.
  • Mom’s Rodeo Beans – Smoky, savory, and a little sweet; these BBQ beans are a family recipe and a rootin’ tootin’ partner for a hearty meal.
