The Chef Selects Menu is back at City Works Disney Springs! Enjoy limited-time dishes like Beer Battered Korean Cauliflower, Elote Flatbread, and summer cocktails through July 15.
After a brief hiatus, the Chef Selects Menu returns to City Works Eatery & Pour House Disney Springs. This limited-time rotating menu took a break when a significant menu change happened at all City Works Eatery & Pour House locations. Soon after that change, we visited to try the new Smash Burger Tacos at City Works Disney Springs.
As City Works Eatery & Pour House stated,” Our Chef Selects are back and better than ever. Now through July 15, try limited-time items like Beer Battered Korean Cauliflower, Elote Flatbread, Hot Honey Lemonade or a Raspberry St‑Germain Spritz. The table service restaurant’s official website said, “Our Chef Selects menu is always evolving, bringing you bold new dishes and drinks every eight weeks. From May 21 to July 15, we’re serving up the season’s hottest flavors, including fusion foods like the Elote Flatbread, so don’t miss your chance to try them. Available at all City Works and Old Town Pour House locations.”

City Works Eatery & Pour House guests can enjoy the four Chef Selects Menu items, which include:
- Beer Battered Korean Cauliflower – Crispy Cauliflower, gochujang buffalo sauce, crispy garlic, sesame seeds, miso garlic aioli
- Elote Flatbread – Grilled corn, jalapeño cream cheese, tajin, queso fresco, red onion, cilantro lime cream, pico de gallo, micro cilantro
- Hot Honey Lemonade – Tullamore D.E.W., St-Germain, Honey Syrup, Chili Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Lemonade
- Raspberry St-Germain Spritz – St-Germain, Raspberry Syrup, Sparkling Wine, Soda.
