From “Five Nights at Freddy’s” to Greco-Roman horror — explore the chilling house rumors for HHN 2025 speculation season with Horror Night Nightmares‘ speculation map 2.0.

Horror Night Nightmares dropped version 2.0 of its Halloween Horror Nights speculation map 2.0. As Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) fans wait for the first house announcement of the year, the speculation rages on. Of course, nothing on this HHN 2025 speculation map is official in any way. Still, Horror Night NIghtmares has a solid track record regarding HHN rumors.
Earlier this week, we posted the latest Halloween Horror Nights rumors in a blog report. However, we lack the skill and connections of Horror Night Nightmares regarding HHN speculation and rumors. We were glad to see most of our intel appears to match the thoughts of Horror Night Nightmares.
Halloween Horror Nights Speculation

When we looked at the map, we saw only four scare zones. In fairness, we cannot decipher those symbols, but the rumor of only four scare zones appears to have credibility. However, the scare zone symbol in the San Francisco area has a movie reel. Could this be a “M3GAN” scare zone? Will it be another mash-up on Blumhouse properties in this scare zone again?
This map shows either a television symbol or a movie reel with the suspected symbol for the anticipated intellectual property houses. Based on that, Horror Night Nightmare believes (or wants us to think) that the WWE rumor is real, with the wrestling ring having a TV symbol next to it. The “Fallout,” “Terrifier,” and “Five Nights at Freddy’s” rumors are still expected for Halloween Horror Nights on both coasts.

Though we are less confident, the campfire symbol with a movie reel next to it looks to confirm (at least at this stage) that the Jason Voorhees of “Friday the 13th” fame rumor also has credibility.
HHN 2025 Speculation: What About the Original Halloween Horror Nights Houses?

Assuming this speculation map is correct, HHN Orlando will have five original-themed houses. From those symbols, we can surmise that Horror Nights Nightmares believes (or wants us to think) that the previous rumors about the original houses are still solid. Based on that, the map indicates the following probable original houses to round out the Halloween Horror Nights lineup in Orlando:
- A Toy Doll themed house
- Ratchet and Chains Bounty Hunters, from Slaughter Sinema 2 (or something western themed)
- A Scary Tales-style house emphasizing winter or the holidays, but we were told last week that the rumor was unlikely.
That leaves two original house spots to speculate about. At Soundstage 24, the symbol many people link to some type of Urban Inferno, the cityscape from the previous maps is missing. It now resembles some idea of angels and demons. At least for us, that leaves us wondering what it could symbolize. If we hear from a better source or have a brainstorm, we will publish a blog about it at MSM News.
At Soundstage 22, we have a brand-new symbol. The image of a sailing ship that caused many to think of Vikings Undead no longer appears here. With classic columns and an artistic brush in the symbol now, we think about Greco-Roman culture as a background for an original house. Could this be the return of the Nightingales? What point does the artist’s brush play in this symbol? We have more questions than answers.
HHN 2025 Speculation: “Nightmare Fuel”

Finally, some version of a “Nightmare Fuel” show looks to be returning for Halloween Horror Nights. In addition, based on this speculation map, no HHN lagoon show looks to be happening
That is all we see from this HHN 2025 speculation map, which dropped late on May 15. We will update this blog post with any specifics we learn in the upcoming weeks. For more theme park-related news and information, visit MSM News.
