Disney Springs Dining Update: Paddlefish

At Paddlefish Restaurant, guests receive a 20% discount on their next visit through the end of May when they bring in a receipt from another visit in May. This offer is only valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, Levy Preferred Members get a FREE DESSERT when they order two adult entrees for lunch every Tuesday through Thursday in May.
Paddlefish has updated its menu recently. The new menu items include Lobster Corn Dogs, Burrata Panzanella, and Swordfish Skewer.
Terralina Crafted Italian

This restaurant also deserves to be a part of the Disney Springs dining update. Terralina Crafted Italian, the sister restaurant to Paddlefish, has a new lunch special in May. On Mondays through Fridays in May, guests can choose between the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich or the Italian Grinder paired with a choice of Menabrea or Peroni for just $27.50.

Like Paddlefish, Terralina Crafted Italian offers a dessert promotion in May. Levy Preferred members get a FREE DESSERT with a purchase of $35 or more Monday through Thursday. Alsoand get a fourth one free.
Disney Springs Dining Update: AAPI Heritage Month Culinary Creations
May is Asian / Pacific American Heritage Month. Guests can savor the flavors of Asian-inspired dishes at various locations throughout Disney Springs. According to the Disney Springs webpage, the highlights include:
- Lychee Mousse – Lychee mousse, brown sugar-coconut filling and white chocolate shell
- Mango Lassi Ganache Square – Mango, yogurt and cardamom covered in dark 65% chocolate
- Tokyo Sushi Combo – California rolls and Nigiri
- Korean Style Pork Belly Bulgogi – Marinated in a rich bulgogi-style blend, slow-smoked and tossed in soy-ginger BBQ sauce, served with jasmine rice and tender steamed baby bok choy and topped with sesame seeds and scallions
- Toasted Coconut Cheesecake – Creamy condensed coconut milk, toasted coconut and perfectly roasted macadamia nuts.
- HaleKulani – Bourbon, pineapple and orange juice served with grenadine and Angostura bitters
- Build Your Own Bowl – Pick your base, your sauce and upgrade to spam fried rice
- Big Island Splash Cocktail – Tequila, strawberry puree, watermelon schnapps, lychee, lime juice and a watermelon energy drink
- Matcha & Raspberry Tea Cake – Ceremonial-grade matcha and fresh raspberries, finished with a rose water glaze and adorned with edible gold dust
- Eclectic sushi menu featuring Spicy Tuna, Golden Spider rolls and more
- Cranberry Hibiscus – Fanta Kolita, Minute Maid Lemonade and hibiscus syrup, topped with cranberry hibiscus foam, edible glitter and candied hibiscus
- Dock of the Bay – Empress Gin, Aperol, Prosecco and lemon juice
