The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is a vibrant, seasonal event held annually at Walt Disney World Resort. Epcot transforms into a blooming paradise filled with stunning gardens, topiary displays, and fresh, farm-to-table flavors. Guests can stroll through beautifully landscaped spaces featuring intricate topiaries shaped like beloved Disney characters, and themed gardens that celebrate nature, sustainability, and global cultures.
The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival started on March 5. Guests can visit this festival with paid admission to Epcot at Walt Disney World through June 2, 2025.
In addition to the visual beauty, this festival offers outdoor kitchens serving seasonal dishes and beverages inspired by international cuisines. Each booth around World Showcase gives visitors a taste of unique culinary experiences, often using fresh ingredients sourced locally. Live entertainment also adds to the festive atmosphere, with the Garden Rocks Concert Series featuring performances by popular bands and artists throughout the festival.
Educational exhibits and family-friendly activities encourage guests of all ages to connect with the natural world. Whether you’re a gardening enthusiast, a foodie, or simply someone who loves springtime magic, the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival is an unforgettable celebration of growth, creativity, and the beauty of nature, offering something for everyone in the heart of one of Disney’s most beloved parks.
Provence Poutine at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival – $9.00

Refreshment Port, located near the Canada area of World Showcase, operates year-round at Epcot. The main food item sold here is a Traditional Poutine. However, this dining location adds a special food item during the park’s four seasonal festivals. For the Flower & Garden Festival, Refreshment Port offers a Provence Poutine. Though the seasonal poutine options have been less than stellar most of the time here, that changes during the Festival of the Arts. In our previous experiences with the Province Poutine sold during Flower & Garden, the good vibes continue at Refreshment Port.
According to the menu description, Provence Poutine consists of “Herbes de Provence seasoned French fries, goat brie, lavender honey, hazelnut croquant, and fresh lavender.” Herbes de Provence is an aromatic mixture of dried Provençal herbs and spices, which traditionally includes thyme, basil, rosemary, tarragon, savory, marjoram, oregano, and bay leaf. This unique blend of spices works well to elevate the fries. Also, the Province Poutine is new this year for the Flower & Garden Festival.

We also surprised ourselves how much we enjoyed the item’s use of lavender honey as a light version of the gravy used in poutine. During our most recent visit, we found this dish light and refreshing. The combination of the fries with goat brie also works very well. In addition, it meets the expected standard for a well-themed item at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.
Honey and Fries
This festival food item takes the honey, fries, and a few other components to make an excellent addition to the event. For guests willing to try something that looks like a standard theme park poutine but packs different flavors, the Provence Poutine should be on their must-try list this year.
