Explore one of the newest treats at Disney World’s Epcot Flower & Garden Festival, the S’mores Bar, crafted with smoked graham crackers and dark chocolate.

Walt Disney World developed two new Outdoor Kitchens, Beach Grub and Yacht Grub, for the 2025 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. These Outdoor Kitchens play off the laid-back atmosphere of two nearby Walt Disney World Resort hotels. This year, the S’mores Bar at the Beach Grub Outdoor Kitchen qualifies as a new food option. We know from speaking with the Disney Culinary Team that they were very proud of this new item going into the festival.

Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival combines beautiful floral displays, butterflies, food, beverages, and concerts into one event. Guests can visit this festival with paid admission to Epcot at Walt Disney World now through June 2, 2025. During this festival, guests can enjoy over 20 “Outdoor Kitchens,” which serve themed food reflecting a celebration of spring.

We tried all the new food options for the 2025 Flower & Garden Festival very early on. In addition, we tried most of the returning items and the new menu items at the Farmer’s Feast Kitchen inside Communicore Hall.

S’mores Bar- $5.50

The menu description for the new S’mores Bar reads: “Fudge brownie, dark chocolate, toasted meringue, and smoked graham cracker.” At this point, we have tried this item five times. The preparation varies regarding the amount of graham cracker crumbs. However, those make an excellent piece of this sweet treat.

Speaking of the graham cracker crumbs, the Disney chefs told us they partnered with the Regal Eagle Smokehouse team in the American Adventure Pavilion of the World Showcase. This collaboration involves using the Regal Eagle Smokehouse smokers to smoke the graham cracker crumbs for the S’mores Bar.

The S’mores Bar is made to look like an ice cream novelty, complete with a stick. The base of this festival food item is a soft fudge brownie. Once guests reach the bottom portion of the S’mores Bar , they will mostly taste brownie flavor. A layer of toasted merinque will also be found within this treat. The dark chocolate covering functions and tastes like a ganache. Though we did not get a robust campfire s’mores flavor, we would repurchase this.

Though the authentic s’mores flavors may not be present in every bite, we enjoyed the dark chocolate coating, the meringue, and the brownie. If guests can overlook that this looks like a standard fudge novelty fudge bar, they should enjoy the S’mores Bar.
