P.F. Chang’s Autumn in Kyoto celebrates fall with new duck dishes, Wagyu Egg Rolls, a Matcha Martini and more through November 3.

Fall has officially arrived at P.F. Chang’s, and the restaurant is celebrating with a new limited-time dining experience inspired by one of Japan’s most recognizable seasons. Beginning September 16, 2026, participating P.F. Chang’s locations nationwide are serving the new Autumn in Kyoto menu, featuring duck, Wagyu beef, seasonal cocktails, and shareable dishes.

The new menu is designed around the idea of gathering with friends and family during the fall season, with P.F. Chang’s drawing inspiration from Kyoto and its autumn traditions while putting its own spin on the flavors.

According to P.F. Chang’s CEO Jim Mazany, the restaurant wanted the new menu to capture the feeling of people slowing down and spending time together around the table. The result is a seasonal lineup that combines familiar P.F. Chang’s formats with new ingredients and flavor combinations.

P.F. Chang’s Autumn in Kyoto Menu Introduces New Duck Dishes

One of the biggest changes for the Autumn in Kyoto menu is the arrival of two new duck dishes at participating locations.

The Duck Wings are tossed in teriyaki sauce and topped with toasted sesame seeds, Fresno peppers, and scallions. The dish puts duck into a familiar shareable format while incorporating several flavors associated with P.F. Chang’s menu.

The second duck offering is Duck Fried Rice, which takes the restaurant’s familiar fried rice concept in a considerably different direction. It features shredded duck, julienned vegetables, edamame, fried shallots, kimchi, chili jam, chili-spiced butter, and a fried egg.

The new menu also brings Wagyu Egg Rolls to the lineup. The crispy egg rolls are filled with Wagyu beef, black pepper, garlic, ginger, and julienned vegetables before being finished with black garlic aioli.

For guests looking for something designed to share, the Sushi Boat is also returning as part of the seasonal experience.

P.F. Chang’s VP of Culinary Steve Solis said the fall menu gave the culinary team an opportunity to work with richer flavors and rethink familiar dishes using unexpected seasonal combinations.

The new menu comes as restaurants and food brands continue rolling out their fall offerings. Here at Main Street Magic, we’ve been following plenty of those seasonal changes, including the recent Krispy Kreme Blueberry Glazed Doughnuts return and new limited-time offerings arriving this week.

New Cocktails Join the Autumn in Kyoto Menu

The seasonal experience extends beyond the food, with P.F. Chang’s introducing new cocktails as part of the Autumn in Kyoto lineup.

One of the more unusual additions is the Matcha Martini, created through a partnership with YOSHI Matcha Liqueur. The cocktail combines RumChata, YOSHI Matcha Liqueur, cream of coconut, and a hint of cinnamon.

P.F. Chang’s says YOSHI is made with ceremonial-grade matcha and describes the partnership as one of the first instances of a national restaurant brand bringing the matcha liqueur to its restaurant menus nationwide.

Also joining the cocktail menu is the Kyoto Cabin. This drink combines Woodford Reserve Bourbon with black tea, maple, and lemon before being finished with a nutmeg aroma.

The fall menu gives P.F. Chang’s another seasonal beverage program at a time when limited-time drinks and food have become a major part of restaurant marketing. P.F. Chang’s Continues Spirit of Strength Campaign

Autumn in Kyoto isn’t the only seasonal initiative arriving at P.F. Chang’s this month.

The restaurant is also continuing its Spirit of the Zodiac: Spirit of Strength campaign benefiting Starlight Children’s Foundation. The initiative is connected to the Year of the Fire Horse and centers around Bao, a limited-edition horse plush.

Guests can support the campaign by rounding up their checks through Round It Up America or by purchasing the $10 Bao plush. Through the Buy One, Give One program, P.F. Chang’s says each Bao purchased will result in another plush being provided to a child through Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Starlight confirms that the campaign is designed to bring comfort and moments of joy to children in hospitals, with P.F. Chang’s donating one Bao plush to a child in a Starlight-supported hospital for every plush purchased, while supplies last.

The charitable campaign adds another element to P.F. Chang’s larger fall push, giving guests an opportunity to participate in the initiative while dining at the restaurant.

How Long Is Autumn in Kyoto Available?

The P.F. Chang’s Autumn in Kyoto menu begins September 16, 2026, and is scheduled to remain available through November 3, 2026.

The menu will be offered at participating P.F. Chang’s locations nationwide while supplies last. Because the seasonal lineup is not necessarily available at every restaurant, guests should check with their local location before making a special trip.

P.F. Chang’s currently lists locations throughout the United States through its official restaurant locator.

The arrival of Autumn in Kyoto is also another reminder of just how quickly restaurant menus can change during the fall season. Universal CityWalk Orlando, for example, is seeing several notable dining developments of its own, including the upcoming Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice opening, which is scheduled for September 19.

Meanwhile, Toothsome Chocolate Emporium is celebrating its 10th anniversary with its own limited-time menu throughout September.

For P.F. Chang’s fans, however, the focus is now on duck, Wagyu, matcha, and the flavors of fall. With Autumn in Kyoto available for several weeks, guests have until early November to try the new seasonal offerings before the menu disappears.
