Beef Wellington Burger 2026

The Beef Wellington Burger 2026 version arrives at D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs. See what to expect from this $14.99 specialty burger.

D-Luxe Burger’s most talked about specialty item is back on the menu at Disney Springs. The Beef Wellington Burger has returned for the cooler months, and if last year’s run is any indication, it’s worth the trip to Town Center.

The Beef Wellington Burger runs $14.99 and stacks two pressed signature blend patties with crispy prosciutto, mushroom duxelles, Gruyère cheese, and horseradish aïoli, all served on an herbed puff pastry bun in place of a standard bun. It’s D-Luxe’s fine dining nod dressed up as a quick service burger, built to echo the flavors of a classic beef Wellington without the hour long roast.

This isn’t the burger’s first rodeo. It debuted at D-Luxe Burger in October 2023, then returned last November, when we finally headed over to give it a proper try.

What We Thought Last Time

When the Beef Wellington Burger came back in November 2025, we headed straight to D-Luxe Burger for our full review. The short version: the Gruyère and horseradish aïoli play off each other nicely, and the crispy prosciutto adds a texture you don’t normally get on a burger. The mushroom duxelles were a little underwhelming, but the real story was that herbed puff pastry bun. It’s buttery and flaky in a good way, but also delicate enough that this becomes a two-handed, slightly messy meal rather than a pick-it-up-and-go order.

We’d still call it one of the more interesting quick-service burgers on the property, and the $14.99 price tag fits well within D-Luxe’s normal range, keeping in mind that fries and a drink cost extra. We expect the same quality for the Beef Wellington Burger 2026.

Beef Wellington Burger 2026: Where to Find It

D-Luxe Burger sits in the Town Center section of Disney Springs, near Zara and the Disney Welcome Center. The counter service spot is known for its signature blend beef patties, hand cut fries with house made dipping sauces like Garlic Ranch and Curry Ketchup, and its artisanal gelato shakes, with both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the springs. As with its past runs, we wouldn’t count on being able to order the Beef Wellington Burger through mobile order. It’s best to plan on walking up to the counter if you want to guarantee you can get one.

Walt Disney World hasn’t said how long this run will last. So, if you’ve been holding out since last fall, now’s the time to make the trip before it disappears from the menu again.
