The Salt & Straw Apple Series is back at Disney Springs starting today, featuring a new Salted Caramel Apple Pie scoop and four returning fall flavors.

Starting today, the scoop shop is rolling out its annual Salt & Straw Apple Series, and this year’s lineup pairs one brand-new flavor with four returning fan favorites.
Salt & Straw has built its reputation on monthly rotating menus that lean into a single theme and run it through every possible interpretation, sweet, savory, boozy, even a little weird. September belongs to apples every year, and head ice cream maker Tyler Malek and the culinary team clearly weren’t interested in coasting on the greatest hits alone this time around.
What’s New in the Apple Series
The headliner is Salted Caramel Apple Pie, the only true newcomer in the 2026 lineup. It’s a pretty straightforward premise on paper (apple pie plus caramel plus a hit of salt), but Salt & Straw rarely leaves a classic alone without folding in a few extra layers of texture, so expect this one to overdeliver on the pie crust crumble front. A cozy, autumnal mashup of everything you love about pie night—minus the oven.
