Howl-O-Scream Orlando has officially announced an all-new scare zone for this year’s event: Extermination Order.
Extermination Order Scare Zone: The Streets Are Infested…And You Are the Target
According to official details released by SeaWorld, the storyline behind the Extermination Order scare zone drops guests right into the middle of a chaotic, skin-crawling quarantine zone:
“The exterminators have been called in—but they may be too late. Something is crawling, buzzing and multiplying through the streets of Howl-O-Scream. From skittering insects to swarming horrors, the infestation has taken over…and it doesn’t plan on giving the territory back.
Now, extermination crews are sweeping the area, hunting anything that doesn’t belong. There’s just one problem: you’re on the list.”
SeaWorld also took to social media via an Instagram Reel to warn prospective victims of the twist awaiting them on the foggy pathways:
“The infestation has taken over the streets of #HowlOScreamOrlando, and extermination crews are hunting anything that doesn’t belong.
The problem? The bugs aren’t the pests anymore. You are. 😈
Enter the infestation…if you dare.”
Rather than just dodging oversized creepy-crawlies, guests will have to watch out for aggressive pest control crews who view human visitors as the real hazard in the new Extermination Zone scare zone.
