From savory truffle duxelle to a fiery chili crisp salad, the City Works Chef Selects rotating menu offers a fresh, chef-driven dining experience.

When you are walking down the West Side of Disney Springs, it is easy to mistake City Works Eatery & Pour House for your standard high-energy sports bar. With its massive high-definition screens and an overwhelming wall of local and global craft beers on tap, it certainly covers all the baseline requirements for a premier game-day hub. However, beneath that lively pub exterior lies a kitchen that is quietly overachieving. While the permanent menu delivers reliable, crowd-pleasing American classics with chef-driven twists, the culinary team has raised the bar with their innovative City Works Chef Selects program.

The Chef Selects series is a continuously changing celebration of flavor, dropping a brand-new lineup of limited-edition dishes and handcrafted cocktails every eight weeks. This rotating program allows the kitchen to experiment with global fusion, bolder profiles, and playful ingredients that keep the dining experience completely fresh for theme park regulars and locals alike. The latest round is officially live from June 17 through August 11, meaning you have exactly eight weeks to catch these flavor-forward creations before the next round takes over the kitchen.

On the Plate: Earthy Indulgence Meets Textural Heat

A detailed close-up of a gourmet truffle mushroom burger served on a white square plate. The burger features a thick beef patty topped with melted white cheese, a generous layer of chopped sautéed mushrooms, and a pile of crispy fried onion straws inside a toasted brioche bun. A side of golden french fries sits on the plate, with a glass of beer and a salad visible in the blurred background.

The current menu beautifully showcases a kitchen that isn’t afraid to balance sophisticated, earthy comfort food with texturally complex, vibrant greens.

  • Truffle Mushroom Burger: If you are looking for something seriously indulgent after a long day pounding the theme park pavement, this is your order. The kitchen starts with a juicy beef patty and stacks it high with a rich truffled mushroom duxelle, melted gruyère cheese, and sweet caramelized onions. It is finished with peppery arugula, a garlicky roasted aioli, and crispy red onions for a stellar crunch, all served on a soft brioche bun. It is earthy, savory, and an absolute home run for burger lovers.
  • Crispy Rice Salad: For a lighter but incredibly satisfying alternative, this dish is a masterclass in texture. It brings together crunchy baby kale, carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, avocado, and red onion, all tossed in a creamy, bright lemon tahini dressing. What elevates it to the next level are the crispy rice clusters mixed throughout, finished with a fiery kick of trendy chili crisp for a perfect contrast of cool, creamy, and spicy.

In the Glass: Sweet, Tart, and Effervescent Sips

A great menu rotation at a pour house wouldn’t be complete without equally creative beverage pairings. The current drink lineup features two incredibly refreshing cocktails built to beat the summer heat:

  • Transfusion: A nostalgic, refreshing classic done right. This blend mixes Tito’s Handmade Vodka with sweet grape juice, bright lime juice, and a crisp top-off of ginger ale. It is perfectly sweet and tart.
  • Berry Lemonade Aperol Spritz: For a fruity twist on the quintessential summer spritz, this gorgeous drink combines Aperol with blueberry and raspberry syrups, housemade lemonade, sparkling wine, soda, and a splash of Sprite. It is bright, bubbly, and incredibly easy to drink on a warm afternoon.

If you have previously brushed this spot off as “just a place to watch the game,” it is officially time to take another look. The rotating nature of the menu means there is always a compelling reason to make a reservation. Be sure to drop by and sample these creations before August 11 rolls around and the next lineup arrives.
