Chick-fil-A announced its summer lineup packed with returning fan-favorite menu items, seasonal sweet treats, and the long-awaited return of one of the most amusing restaurant traditions in fast-food history. As part of its yearlong 80th-anniversary “Newstalgia” celebration, the chicken chain is blending classic heritage with fresh twists to give guests a summer to remember.
Cow Appreciation Day Returns at Chick-fil-A
For the first time in seven years, Chick-fil-A is officially bringing back Cow Appreciation Day! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, July 14, 2026. For one day only, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time, guests who visit participating locations nationwide, dressed in their best cow-inspired attire, will receive a free entrée (while supplies last). Children who join in on the fun with their own “mini-moo” makeovers will also walk away with a brand-new “Cow Kart” toy. It is the ultimate opportunity for longtime fans to relive a favorite tradition and introduce a new generation to the playful spirit of the Chick-fil-A Cows.
Fan-Favorite Flavors Are Back on June 8
If you cannot wait until July for the festivities, you won’t have to wait long for a taste of summer. Starting June 8, 2026, Chick-fil-A is dropping a loaded menu lineup nationwide:
- Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich: Making a spicy return, this limited-time offering can be ordered with an Original or Spicy filet. It features rich pimento cheese, mild pickled jalapeños, and a sweet drizzle of honey on a toasted bun.
- Peach Seasonal Treats: The official flavors of summer are back! Guests can once again cool down with the highly anticipated Peach Milkshake and Peach Frosted Lemonade.
- Pineapple Dragonfruit Beverages: The refreshing tropical drink lineup returns by popular demand. This year, guests can even enjoy a brand-new option: Pineapple Dragonfruit & Sprite®. The tropical flavors are also available mixed with Lemonade, Frosted Lemonade, Iced Tea, or Sunjoy®.
Celebrating 80 Years of “Newstalgia”
This summer’s rollout is a major pillar of Chick-fil-A’s ongoing 80th-anniversary campaign. Throughout 2026, the brand is serving up nostalgic surprises alongside fresh developments, including permanent Frosted Sodas and Floats, retro packaging, Classic Cups, and exclusive merchandise.
