The Gideon’s Bakehouse June 2026 flavors have been released for Disney Springs. What sweetness can guests expect in terms of cookies, cold brews, and cakes?
Each month, Gideon’s Bakehouse draws crowds for its limited-edition cookies, cold brews, and cake slices. June 2026 is typically one of the most anticipated menus of the year. Of course, the Gideon’s Bakehouse monthly drops have become an event of their own, with popular items often selling out early in the day and select offerings only available on specific dates.
For example, last year, Gideon’s Bakehouse broke from its normal pattern to have weekly cookies instead of monthly ones. The June 2025 cookie lineup looked like this:

Would Gideon’s Bakehouse fans get another weekly series, or would it be a monthly cookie again? Would the fact that Walt Disney World looks to have moved past the concept of Flavors of Florida for 2026 to a different summer food event change things? No matter what, the wait is over since the Gideon’s Bakehouse June 2026 cookies have been revealed.
Gideon’s Bakehouse June 2026 Cookie
The June cookie will be a returning cookie: the Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie. In fairness, Gideon’s Bakehouse is playing into one of its most popular characters, calling it Butterscotch’s Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie. We last saw this cookie in August 2025.
The official menu description from Gideon’s Bakehouse reads, “This handmade, almost half-pound prize focuses on two rich flavors, and the name says it all! The dough comprises a beautiful mixture of Gideon’s secrets and Biscoff Cookie Butter and is packed with premium Butterscotch Chips and crushed Biscoff Cookies! The combination is so very flavorful and a little sweeter than the average Gideon’s Cookie in the best possible way.”
Gideon’s Bakehouse June 2026 Cake Slices

With the Butterscotch Cookie Butter Cookie retunring, we expected the monthly cake slice would be the Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cake slices just like in August 2025.
However, it appears on Wednesdays and Saturdays, we are getting the Grand Butterscotch Cookie Butter. This looks to be an updated version of the previous limited-time cake.
There will also be an additional brand new cake slice only available on Sundays, the Strawberry Crunch Cake. The menu description reads, “The summer heat is incoming, and you deserve a refreshing and nostalgic new Cake! Introducing our Strawberry Crunch Cake, featuring our delicate Vanilla Cake layers lovingly Double Frosted with our classic Marshmallow Buttercream and Fresh Strawberry Buttercream covered in the most delicious housemade Strawberry Crumbs reminiscent of the classic Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bar!”
June 2026 also brings the return of Mourning Joe’s Chocolate Coffee Toffee Cake on Tuesdays this month.

The Almond Cookie Cold Brew is back only at Gideon’s in Disney Springs! Brown Sugar, Vanilla, and Sweet Almonds in Nitro Cold Brew form! Limited to the month of June.
