Lego Festival 2026 returns to Legoland with new Thrill and Play zones. Build, collect stamps, and earn a 3-in-1 Lego Creator gift during this limited event.

Theme park fans, get your building hands ready. The ultimate celebration of play is officially returning to Legoland Resorts for a second year. From July 20th to August 31st, 2026, the Lego Festival will take over the parks, offering a kid-centric experience designed to spark creativity, self-expression, and the simple joy of playing together.

This year’s iteration is stepping things up with five massive interactive zones. While fan favorites are returning to the Music, Creative, and Chill Out Zones, 2026 will introduce brand-new headliners in the Thrill and Play Zones.

Upon arrival, guests will receive an official Lego Festival 2026 wristband and a festival map. These aren’t just souvenirs; they are your keys to the park. To earn some serious bragging rights, guests can take on the 3 Build Challenge. By conquering activities in different zones and collecting stamps, builders can earn a 3-in-1 Lego Creator gift to take home. Adults aren’t left out either. There is a Lego Insiders points giveaway specifically for the grown-up builders in the group.

The festival site is packed with hands-on brick-building, giant Lego models, and live entertainment:

  • Music Zone: Rock out at the “Battle of the Bands” show where Rockstars and Popstars compete. Kids can join the show, contribute to a giant festival mosaic, and meet characters like Melody Raye and Lyric Santos.
  • Creative Zone: This is the heart of imagination. New for 2026 are “The Creatureverse” build tables and Master Model Builder sessions like “The Anything Animal.” Don’t miss the photo ops with the Lego Panda and the Lego Peacock!
  • Chill Out Zone: Need a break? This “secret garden” features the Lego Botanicals “Build & Bloom” display, where you can add your own brick flowers, butterflies, and bugs to a growing garden.
  • Thrill Zone: Details are still under wraps, but Legoland has teased a high-energy, sports-themed experience coming specifically for the 2026 season.
  • Play Zone: Billed as the “ultimate gaming fan zone,” the full reveal for this area is coming soon.

“We’re delighted to welcome Lego Festival back for a second year. It’s designed as a vibrant multi-area experience around the park, where children lead the way through play – with dedicated zones, build activities, live moments and plenty of chances to meet many different Lego characters,” said Brian Bacica, vice president of Legoland Florida Resort. “And because it sits within the wider resort experience, families can mix epic festival activities with rides and attractions throughout the day.”
