Nearly 30 years after they first appeared, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is reigniting a fan-favorite tradition. The Cracker Barrel Campfire Meals have officially returned for summer 2026, bringing back the nostalgic, foil-wrapped entrées guests crave. This follows a pattern from last year in which the Cracker Barrel Campfire Meals returned.

However, this time, the limited-time menu comes with an all-new breakfast offering expanding the experience beyond lunch and dinner. Available now for a limited time at locations nationwide, this seasonal menu leans into comfort food, bold flavors, and campfire-inspired cooking. Except in this case, no tents or bug spray required.

First introduced in the late 1990s, Cracker Barrel Campfire Meals quickly became a staple of the summer menu. Known for their hearty portions and slow-cooked flavor, these dishes are sealed in foil and prepared to lock in savory, home-style goodness.

According to Sarah Moore, chief marketing officer at Cracker Barrel, the return of these meals is always highly anticipated by guests.

“Campfire Meals have been part of our story for nearly three decades… known for their bold flavors and the way they bring people together around the table.”

That sense of tradition continues in 2026, with the return of two signature entrées:

For the first time ever, the Campfire lineup expands into breakfast with the debut of the Campfire Breakfast Skillet, and it’s available all day. This hearty dish features bacon, smoked sausage, roasted red peppers, and onions layered over scrambled eggs, topped with melted Colby cheese, and seasoned with Cracker Barrel’s signature campfire spices. It’s served with crispy Country Homestyle Potatoes (a brand-new side) and warm buttermilk biscuits.
