Gideon’s Bakehouse fans, we have a brand-new cookie, the Blueberry Lemonade Cookie. This does not sound very chocolate-filled, like most Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies. However, you know we will be in the queue early on May 1 to find out about this cookie and try it for ourselves. The official menu description reads, “To finish out the season of spring, we present our newest experience from the world of Gideon’s … the Blueberry Lemonade Cookie. This almost half-pound treat is made with a naturally sweet blueberry-lemon mixture on a cookie topped with a small fortune worth of delectable yogurt mini chips. A sprinkling of agave crunch & vibrant blueberry sugar sends this new creation over the moon!”
At this point, we know very little about this brand-new Gideon’s Bakehouse May cookie. However, if the minds behind Gideon’s Bakehouse decided to offer it as a monthly cookie, then guests should expect quality.
May Cake Slices
If you prefer your sugar in cake form, Gideon’s Bakehouse has options for this month. The limited-time Gideon’s Bakehouse May 2026 cake slice is the Blueberry Lemonade Cake. According to Gideon’s Bakehouse, “A new Cookie deserves a new Cake! Introducing the Blueberry Lemonade Cake! This Lemon Curd Swirl Cake is stacked with fresh Blueberry Jam and our Graham Cracker Crust Crumble covered in a vibrant Blueberry Buttercream. Bonus: This is an all natural creation with no food coloring! Keep this one cool until about an hour before cutting slices. You want the buttercream to be soft but not room temperature.”
