California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is turning its creative lens toward its main entrée and beverage selections. CPK locations nationwide are debuting chef-created dishes and refreshing spritz cocktails designed to celebrate the vibrant flavors of spring. The new CPK Spring Menu 2026 seeks to balance CPK’s signature global inspiration with familiar comfort, utilizing the brand’s signature hearth ovens to deliver unique textures and bold tastes.
CPK Spring Menu 2026
The new main entrées include the following:
- Hearth Oven Short Rib Lasagna: A modern twist on a comfort classic, this single-layer, full-sheet lasagna features tender braised short rib, creamy garlic sauce, and fresh mozzarella, perfectly baked for crispy edges all around
- Hearth Oven Spinach, Artichoke & Mushroom Lasagna: Vibrant vegetarian version with spinach, artichoke, and mushrooms, hearth baked with the same creamy garlic sauce and crispy edges
- Filet Skewers with Chimichurri Duo: Flame-grilled filet skewers paired with both green and red chimichurri, served with crisp golden onion rings and charred broccolini
- Peruvian Pan-Roasted Chicken: Bone-in, crispy-skinned chicken breast finished with vibrant aji verde sauce, accompanied by fragrant cilantro-lime-cumin rice and pickled red onions
- Cedar Plank Salmon over Thai Crispy Rice Salad: CPK’s signature cedar-planked salmon roasted in the hearth oven and served over a salad of crispy jasmine rice, shiitake mushrooms, sugar snap peas, basil, chili, and scallions
“Our spring menu invites guests to change up their routine with an array of exciting new dishes. Just like our pizzas and pastas, these entrées bring exciting flavors to the table while staying grounded in the familiar cooking techniques CPK fans know and love,” said Chef Paul Pszybylski, vice president of culinary innovation at California Pizza Kitchen. “We’ve drawn inspiration from kitchens around the world, then really showcased what our hearth ovens and CPK kitchens can do.”
Spring Spritz Cocktails
To complement the new dishes, CPK has introduced four “fresh and fizzy” cocktails, all featuring premium La Marca Prosecco:
- Lavender Lemon Spritz: Skyy vodka, lavender, and lemonade.
- Blueberry Elderflower Spritz: A floral and fruity blend of blueberries and elderflower.
- Hugo Spritz: A refreshing mix of St. Germain, fresh mint, and lime.
- Aperol Spritz: The classic Italian bittersweet favorite.
