The Subway free footlong deal is back for April, giving Sub Club members a BOGO offer on footlong sandwiches from April 1 through April 28.

Subway free footlong deal

If your wallet has been feeling personally victimized by gas prices, rent, groceries, and basically existing in 2026, we have some potential good news. Subway, the land of the footlong subs, stated that it wants to step in like a carb-loaded superhero.

Subway is rolling out a buy-one-get-one-free footlong deal for the entire month of April. So, that’s two footlongs for the price of one. Apparently, sandwiches are now a financial strategy. Who knew?

The Subway Free Footlong Deal (Your New Short-Term Budget Plan)

Starting April 1 through April 28, Sub Club members can snag this BOGO offer by using promo code FLBOGO when ordering through the Subway app or website.

So this is a support group for people coping with inflation via sandwiches? Whatever it is, Subway is making meals a little less expensive in April.

“We’re all getting less for our money lately, given the price at the pump, rising rents, utilities, and groceries,” said Dave Skena, Chief Marketing Officer, North America. “So we’re offering our Sub Club members a great deal on their favorite freshly made sandwiches all month long.”

The Fine Print (Because There Always Is!)

Before you start planning your April diet around Italian B.M.T.s, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • The Subway free footlong deal is available only on the app or online. Please do not walk into a Subway and shout “FLBOGO!” at the sandwich artist.
  • It’s valid at participating U.S. locations
  • Limited to one use per order
  • You can’t combine it with other offers
  • Some menu items are excluded, including:
    • Fresh Fit subs
    • 5 Meat Italian
    • Big Hot Pastrami

Also, extras like bacon, avocado, or double meat will cost you more, because even in a sandwich utopia, add-ons still exist. Between rising costs and shrinking portions, Subway is zigging where others zag by basically saying: “What if we just… gave them more sandwich? So if you’ve been debating whether to treat yourself this month, Subway has decided for you: Yes! Yes, you should, and also grab a second one for free.
