One of our favorite Walt Disney World cookies returned. However, it is only around for a short time. Ironically, it is around for “Holy Week.” For those familiar, that means this cookie can be found at Gideon’s Bakehouse through this Sunday…Easter Sunday.
Last year, the Carrot Cake Cookie made its first-ever appearance at Gideon’s Bakehouse in April. While we wait to find out what takes over for the Sea Turtle Cookie as the monthly cookie starting April 1, the Carrot Cake Cookie arrives to bring Easter joy.

The popular Gideon’s Carrot Cake Cookie is back, and calling it a “cookie” feels like an understatement. This cookie functions as a masterclass in seasonal baking, blending rich molasses and comforting spices with finely chopped carrots.
To literally top it off, the cookie comes with housemade crunchy candied pecans and is finished with a drizzle of carrot cream cheese glaze. It offers that signature Gideon’s texture: a very soft, buttery interior protected by a crunchy exterior.
