Noodles & Company is officially inviting guests to “Bowl Boldly” as it continues to evolve its popular Asian Noodle Collection. The national chain has announced the return of two major for a limited time.

This latest menu update reflects a commitment to culinary craft, reintroducing the Indonesian Peanut Chicken Sauté with modern standards in mind. The dish features tender rice noodles tossed in a creamy, spicy peanut sauce, layered with crisp vegetables, crunchy peanuts, grilled chicken, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Now refined and rebalanced, it currently stands as the spiciest dish on the menu.
Joining the lineup is the Chili Garlic Ramen, which previously ranked as one of the highest-performing limited-time offers in the company’s history. Known for its rich, savory sauce and layered heat, the ramen provides a comforting yet bold experience for noodle lovers.
