The Lobster Mac & Cheese is one of the new rotating dishes at the Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld Orlando. See if this festival item lives up to the hype.

The Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld Orlando has officially entered its second phase of rotating flavors. Running select dates through May 17, 2026, this year’s festival features over 200 global offerings and a rotating menu system designed to keep the culinary experience fresh.

Located at the All-American Market (Hut 10), the Lobster Mac & Cheese has officially taken the spotlight, replacing the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese for a limited run through April 12. We made a visit on the first day it was available to see how this Seven Seas Food Festival item measured up.
The Dish: Lobster Mac & Cheese

After our previous visit, where we found the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese to be a decent but somewhat uninspired option, the Lobster Mac & Cheese feels like a significant step down in the “All-American” comfort food category. The dish features white cheddar sauce over pasta, topped with a few chunks of lobster.

What should set this version apart is the addition of French-fried onions on top, providing a much-needed crunch that cuts through the heavy creaminess of the cheese. However, that addition did not help much. The lobster portion was adequate for a festival sample, and the meat was tender rather than rubbery. While still a heavy dish for a Florida afternoon, it should have been a “premium” festival find compared to the standard pulled pork variant. However, we found the lobster lacking flavor. The rest of the dish followed suit. This stood as a solid downgrade for this Seven Seas Food Festival Marketplace. We are hoping for better result In mid-April for the third rotation’s option, the Smoked Brisket Mac & Cheese.
