Panera Bread is officially shaking up its drink station with the national launch of two brand-new premium beverage categories: Energy Refreshers and Frescas. These chef-crafted drinks are designed to offer a high-quality, fruit-infused experience for guests looking to either recharge or hit the reset button.

The new lineup features bold, tropical flavors and real fruit pieces, marking a significant expansion of Panera’s specialty beverage menu. For those seeking a caffeine boost, the Energy Refreshers provide a coffee alternative with flavors like Dragonfruit Sunset and Passionfruit Paradise. Meanwhile, the caffeine-free Fresca category introduces the Cherry Lime Fresca and marks the return of the fan-favorite Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca.

In addition to the Panera premium beverages, the restaurant is leaning back into its bakery roots. Launching alongside the beverages is the Dubai Style Chocolate Pistachio Cookie, a treat filled with pistachio cream and topped with crunchy pistachio pieces.

Additionally, Panera Bread is redefining value with its new Mix & Match menu, offering high-quality favorites for just $4.99 each. Unlike traditional value menus that compromise on ingredients, this selection features premium items like the Toasted Italiano, Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, and Bistro French Onion Soup.
Guests can select half-portions of ten iconic items to build a customized meal. Each order includes a complimentary side, such as a baguette, chips, or an apple. According to CMO Mark Shambura, the menu is designed to offer a “deal that’s actually a meal,” providing flexibility and quality without the premium price tag.
