The Busch Gardens Food Festival 2026, Food, Wine, and Garden, returns with global dishes, craft beers, wine flights, and specialty cocktails across the park. Are you ready for the 2026 Food, Wine & Garden Festival? We have the foodie guide!

The 2026 Food, Wine & Garden Festival at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is starting March 6, inviting guests to “sip & savor” an expanded lineup of global eats, refreshing libations, and creative culinary treats across the park this spring. The event runs Fridays through Sunday from March 6 through May 10, with food cabins open at noon until the park closes.
Food, Wine, & Garden Festival – A Name Change for 2026

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is officially giving its culinary celebration a glow-up. The 2026 festival is no longer just the “Food & Wine Festival”—it’s now the Food, Wine, & Garden Festival. Yes, they’ve added garden, because apparently grapes, burgers, and bacon-wrapped everything need some leafy friends. Maybe it’s a subtle hint that we’re all just eating our way through a greenhouse. Or perhaps it’s to justify Instagramming your charcuterie next to a topiary elephant. Either way, it sounds fancy.

We can already imagine strolling past booths while sniffing roses, nibbling mac & cheese, and wondering if the parsley garnish counts as part of the “garden.” The real win here? More letters in the title lead to more Instagram hashtags. #FoodWineGardenFest2026, anyone? Whatever the reasoning, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is promising the same delicious bites and sips. Of course, now with an extra helping of horticulture, so your stomach and your inner plant nerd are both satisfied at this Busch Gardens Food Festival.
All joking aside, the food and beverage menus feature some interesting options. Guest visiting this event should find something they will enjoy!
