Looking for a lighter bite? Check out the new Ford’s Garage Fuel-Efficient Fare menu featuring protein-packed Supercharged Bowls and grilled entrées.

Fuel-Efficient Fare menu

Ford’s Garage is not your average burger joint; it is an immersive dining experience that transports guests back to a 1920s service station. Founded in 2012 in Fort Myers, Florida, just a mile from Henry Ford’s winter estate, the brand has grown into an official licensee of the Ford Motor Company. This unique partnership allows each location to be meticulously themed with authentic Ford memorabilia, vintage vehicles, and clever “grease monkey” details. Several Ford’s Garage locations exist near Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort.

While the atmosphere is a major draw, the menu is the real engine of the operation. Ford’s Garage specializes in “Burgers of Fame,” which are half-pound Black Angus beef patties served on artisan buns branded with the company logo. Beyond burgers, the restaurant serves up American comfort classics like Mama Ford’s Homemade Meatloaf, Beer-Battered Fish ‘N Chips, and the Giant Funnel Tower of Piston Onion Rings. With over 40 craft beers on tap and a selection of old-fashioned milkshakes, it’s a neighborhood gathering spot that perfectly blends American automotive history with a passion for great food. They also offer “happy hour,” lunch and brunch specials.

New Fuel-Efficient Fare Menu at Ford’s Garage

Ford’s Garage is revving up its menu for the new year, moving beyond its famous burgers to introduce a lighter, “Fuel-Efficient Fare” lineup. This limited-time Fuel-Efficient Fare menu focuses on balance and variety, featuring “Supercharged Bowls” and “Simply Grilled” proteins designed for guests seeking nutrient-dense options without sacrificing the bold flavors the brand is known for.

“As guests look for more balance at the start of the year, we want to offer options that fit different lifestyles and dietary needs,” said Billy Downs, president of Ford’s Garage. “Our Fuel-Efficient Fare limited-time menu introduces a lineup of craveable entrées, like Supercharged Bowls, giving our guests lighter options that are packed with flavor.”

Supercharged Bowls Under 1,000 Calories

The new bowls provide a high-protein, lower-calorie alternative to traditional pub fare. The Fuel-Efficient Fare menu lineup includes:

  • Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowl: Features seasoned chicken, elote corn, avocado, and pico de gallo over jasmine rice with a honey chipotle vinaigrette.
  • Ford’s Burger Bowl: A deconstructed classic featuring a half-pound of seasoned Black Angus beef over mixed greens with bacon, cheddar, and pickles.
  • Seared Ahi Tuna Bowl: Seared tuna served with cusabi slaw, cucumber, and pickled red onions over jasmine rice with sesame ginger dressing.
  • Lemon Herb Shrimp Bowl: Shrimp paired with goat cheese, arugula, and roasted garlic vinaigrette.

Fuel-Efficient Fare Menu: Simply Grilled Options

For those who prefer a more traditional plate, the “Simply Grilled” section offers clean proteins served with jasmine rice, steamed broccoli, and roasted tomatoes. Options include Blackened Norwegian Atlantic Salmon, Choice Center-Cut Sirloin, and Chicken Breast.

These new items are currently available at participating locations nationwide. Members of the Ford’s Garage MotorClub can also earn rewards on these new selections. For more information or to find a location, visit FordsGarageUSA.com.
